I could use some help if anyone in Colorado Springs could spare some time. I'm trying to get pic's of a vehicle I'm interested in buying, but the elderly owners aren't real computer savy. Just need a few shots taken (8 maybe) and emailed to me. If anyone can help, give me a shout via messages and we'll go from there. Thanks.... Mike

First, Hagerty is pissing off one their customers..............me. Has anyone noticed that Hagerty virtually ignores Japanese cars? So seldom are they discussed that they seem non-existent. If anyone can show me where Hagerty give Japanese cars equal time, I want to see it.

I'm about to import a 240z from California to Norway. I've been in long discussions with the seller, I've agreed to buy the car for $10.000, and have paid a $500 deposit. However, before transferring the remainder of $9.500 I asked him to sign a contract for my peace of mind. He then returned the contract signed with a completely incomprehensible name, and he had removed his name in print. He's also asking for the money to be transferred to a company bank account, possibly his own company, but certainly not his personal account. I highly suspect that he's trying to rip me off, and feel very strongly against going through with this. I told him that based on thi…

Discussions crop up occasionally about parts sources and the quality of said parts. Thought I'd start a thread to collect information on parts made in USA. I'll start with a Duralast PCV valve from Autozone. Feel free to add other parts from other places. I've seen a few parts Hecho in Mexico in the past, I think they were motor mounts. Anyway, maybe a trend will pop up, hopefully identifying where to get good parts, for good prices. Supposedly, the manufacturing pendulum is swinging back to the states. A potential downside though, is that we might realize that crap can come from anywhere.

I was just browsing the Wikipedia Page about Nissan Z-Cars. From what I can tell we may need to get in there and help the authors a bit more. Any takers? If you quote other websites, such as ours, please be sure to include them in the list of references at the bottom. Here's a link: Nissan Z-car - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
