Sorry for not posting this in the classifieds section but I figured I would get better and more advice on here. I am looking for a set of Enkei 14X7J Magnesium Exworks rims. Either the 8 Spoke ones from the 240rs or the PA10/710/160j ones. Although I am open to any exworks enkei/datsun rally wheels. Thanks I need a set asap.

How far does one have to park from the ocean to keep a car safe from salt water corrosion? Has anyone lived near salt water and seen corrosion from the water?

How do they do it? A big press then grind to a finish? I never saw this type of plier taken apart. I always wondered how they fasten the two sides as there is no apparent bushing nor fastener....just very tight tolerance parent metal fittings and brushed metal grain... a puzzle to me?

I am re-painting the bathroom this weekend and decided to use a car restoration trick on the el-cheapo "chrome" and "stainless" fixtures. They have some spot rusts and discolouration areas. I just used aluminum foil rub with some Mothers Chrome polish. The boss is impressed. Here are some pics from some web sites that show similar results. It even works on brushed "stainless" if you go with the grain. - beetle repair - cleaning hubcaps - Polishing up thread - surface rust and cleaning up with a polish method

Last week I bought a diesel vw bug off craigslist here in hawaii. Totally thrashed pos but i wanted a TDI diesel for the gas mileage. 212k miles and greasy as hell inside with dog fur stuck to the grease. The grease was from a kitchen where the guy worked. He was asking 1300 and i offered him 900 and he jumped at it. Well fast forward next day cleaning the car out I find an envelope between the seats. Rip it open and 1100 bucks cash falls out along with restaurant cash register receipts. I ask my wife... well what do you want to do? She smiles and says give it back to him. May be something to do with being buddist, dont know. So i call him and ask him if he lost any mo…

first there was the one dealership in nebraska now this one in alabama. Not many cars but a intact parts dept in the basement. It would be so cool to see an old 240 or 280 covered in dust sitting in a warehouse like this with the original window sticker and 0 miles. The dealership that time forgot | Fox News I stumbled on a video of the last AMC dealership that was just abandoned. Still had part of the old amc logo on the sign outside. Its sad seeing those amx's and javelins sitting outside in the elements. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYqXN4RJxn0

Do to extenuating circumstances my daughter will be unable to attend the Bonnaroo 2014 Music Festival in Manchester, Tenn starting June 12th through 16th. I'm selling this ticket for less than she paid. I can accept Paypal or cash in person. The selling price was $328. I'm letting it go for $275. It includes the wrist band (ticket), bandana, flyer and lunch pail. The wrist band has not been registered yet so you'll need to do so upon receiving it. I will mail by USPS priority 'signature required' upon payment. Local pickup available too. Don't let a wonderful event pass you by! PM me... Here is a link to the laundry list of musicians attending this year. Bonnaroo
