I searched and couldn't find a definitive answer. The question: Can a 240K steering wheel be used on a 280Z without much hassle? I love the look and have a chance to buy one, but don't want to wait two months for it to arrive by sea from Aus. to find out it doesn't fit. Thanks for your insight.

I spoke with John from Envirostrip this morning about sandblasting my shell. I wanted to know how much I would save by doing the job myself. He quoted me $2000 gst inc for a sandblast and primer of my shell. It appears I'm not saving much money at all by doing it myself and if I add in the cost of what I earn an hour plus my mates I'm actually losing money. I'm already at $1000 for primer, grit and petrol. All that's left is more petrol, food, beer and time. Average cost is $2000 to $2500 doing the stripping yourself, cost goes up a lot if he has to remove parts. To get this price the car had to be stripped and be just a rolling shell. John also blasts at low pressure 30…

Hey Guys, I have an R31 electronic dizzy at home which I am looking at fitting to my L24, carby motor. Any ideas on weather this will be fine? It's from an RB30 motor not Lseries, and I have taken my stock one off and fitted this one and it all sits fine, just not sure if there is anything internal that would cause issues? Wiring for it seems identical to the R30 ones. Did a search but only found info on R30/280zx dizzy's. cheers Bobby

Trying to find out a little more about the 1977 GC111 I just got. The dash has a boost gauage (far right side of panel next to speedo). Gauge is marked boost and just above the needle reads "DRIVE". From looking on the web, i thought the GC211 was the first style for the turbo EFI motor. My car was modified in Japan with triple DCOE carbs, but the EFI harnes remains in the car. Any help or comments......

Hi Guys, Does anyone have a good stash of real KPGC110 photo's? specifically i would love to get hold of some higher res photo's showing the flares, rear spoiler and front grill. On the real KPGC110 flares, does anybody know how they are actually attached? are they simply bolted on (like most of the fibreglass ones), or where they actually moulded into the body? also anybody have any ideas what the underside of the wheel well looks like with the real flares on? is the gap between the flare and metal filled? how much of a metal rim does the factory leave under the flare? since i have stripped my car now, i am seriously thinking about in what order i should fit/paint the fl…

FOR SALE: 1973 Nissan Skyline GT-R Replica (Datsun 240K) It is with great regret I have to sell this car that has been my passion for the last three years. I acquired this immaculate car in early 2003 from its original owner. She was given the car for her 60th birthday from her mother, and then at 90 decided she might like a new car. Thanks to her, the car was in amazing condition when I got it. Easily the best I have ever seen. An ideal candidate for a transformation into what it is today - something quite entirely different. I must thank all who have helped, especially Alan Thomas whom without his guidane this could have never happened! I will give a brief overview of m…
