I was happily reading the Sep-Oct 06 (latest) edition of Unique cars when I happened upon a small article which left me a little bewildered. the article read like this, word for word and was at the top of page 39 -the pretty mid-60's Nissan Silvia 1600 sports coupe was largely hand-built in small numbers and sold in Australia for the premium price of $4390. Despite their high cost, some 49 Silivias were sold here before production ceased in 1968 after 554 cars, making Australia the Silvia 1600's largest single export market and enshrining the car's rarity and ultimate collectability. Shannons had an original 1967 Silvia up for auction on Sep 4 which sold unreserved for an…

I mentioned earlier that I had a VCD with lots of old C110 advertisements. So was just wondering if anyone would also like a copy. It has a few other nice videos too. The VCD has short videos of actual races including S54, R380, R381, R382, PGC10 & KPGC10. Close-up videos of S54, R380, R381, R382, R383, KPGC10 race car & KPGC110 Image Car, as well as 16 high-res Japanese advertisements for the C110 from 1972 ot 1977. If you'd like a copy please just PM me. Cost will be nominal.

Like the post title, has any one fitted Air Con to idealy their C210 but C110 info would help. I'm after info like what parts you used and what did they come off etc, esp the heater unit inside of the car. Thanks for any info people can provide.

hello every one. i am brand new to this website and am very excited about all the knowledge here about skylines. Anyways i just pulled my engine and trany out of my skyline and didnt realize that the oil pan is backwards compared to the l28 untill i had it in the both of them out. anyways is there anyone here who has done this swap? will there be enough clearance between the oil pan and the steering linkage?? or do i need to use the l20a pan and relocate the oil pickup?? thanks

I know that this is not 240K related but it is about a car you guys got that we didn't. How difficult and costly would it be to find and ship a good set of these bumpers w/all mounting hardware trim to the US? I'm not sure of the years that they came on but these are the ones (blue car) that I am interested in not the later ones with the rubber side caps. Would be a definate improvement over what I have now. (brown car)

Hi Guys, i have been thinking of completely stripping out the main body wiring harness in the 240k, and replacing it with a US universal kit such as this one (either 12 or 18 circuit): http://www.painlesswiring.com/webcatalog/cat-universalharn.php I am pretty proficiant with soldering etc, and i was going to just run my own wiring, but as it seems hard (and very $$$) to find a decent fuse box here in Aus (and i really can't be bothered trying to get an used fusebox rewired), i figured i should just pay the ~$500 and buy a kit and install it myself (certainly cheaper than hacking the main loom, screwing it up and ahving to pay a pro to fix it). The only problems that i see…
