Hi Guys, just thought i would drop you all a line, as i know some are following the project and i havn't had much time to keep things upto date (which i guess is okay, as it seems i havn't gotten anywhere in the past couple of weeks ) I picked up an R31 GTS-X RB20DET (NICS version) engine, 5 sp gearbox, ecu etc.. on the weekend.. the engine has roughly 24,000km's on it, before it was ripped out and an rb30det put in it's place (it was on a race car!) hopefully this will help us to make up a bit on lost time (we will still build the rb30det when we can, and throw that in later on, though it will also mean a gearbox upgrade, aftermarket ecu etc..).. Well, unfortunately I haven't got the time or resources to get my 'Skyline' where I want it, so I'm offering it up for sale. It's a 1977 240k GL Automatic sedan. Car is in good mechanical condition and was last registered on the 10th of January 2004. Body is in reasonable shape with no rust. Minor dents in every panel. Interior is good except for dash which will need repairing/replacing. VIN is L28235044 I'm located in Canberra, Australia and will take any reasonable offer. Hi Guys, just wondering, a lot of the articles i have read reviewing the C110, said that it had understeering problems. just wondering what any of you have done to improve the handling in the 240k? i know noltec and whiteline make some nolethane bushes, but does anybody make swaybars, etc.. all i can comment at the moment is that mine handles like it has no wheels (for good reason too:D)

I'm having problems with my ignition lock/barrel as when I bought this car the key i got was just a copy and it is now very difficult to turn the key in the ignition lock. Do I get a locksmith to make me a new key that will perfectly match the ignition lock or do I get a new ignition lock? Where can I get a new ignition lock? or if I get a 2nd hand one from which car would fit perfectly on 240k dont wanna make it look out of place or weird... Cheers

Gday im new to this forum, just stumbled on it in my quest to find more c110 nuts like myself. Just bought a c110 sedan recently [i know its not the 2 door, but i havent heard of a salvageable one it perth for ages] and im after some 'enhancing' parts. Ive pretty much checked every post on this forum regarding c110's and early skylines, and ive noticed many of the c110 owners have obtained various JDM parts for the oz 240k's. Specifically im after a gtr or similar grille to get the ball rolling. Price obtainability would be most helpful, and any response would be appreciated.

Due to being asked to do so. I've decided to post a couple of pictures of my car with the new wheels I got for her. Now, I know... I was using RS-Watanabe wheels but the offset on them was such that I had to use spacers for the front and although I had absolutely no trouble with them over the several months they were on the car, it was always something that made me a little nervous, thusly I was on the look-out for wheels that I could use until I come across more suitable RS-Watanabes. Hi guys, Carl's recent thread about Z windscreen wipers inspired me to ask this. What are the part numbers on your wipers? Just that, when I took mine off and polished them to hell and back, they were both stamped the same "R75" or something. I'm thinking, perhaps I have two Right wipers. That would explain why the left doesn't sit quite right IMO. I'm hoping this isn't the case! Can someone check theirs please?
