OK, great news. I've found my one true love of all time. Back when I was young (you know, the stone ages), the very first car any one let me drive was a sweet little white 68 Envoy Epic. A friend and I were out for lunch on school day, and I said, "can I drive?" and he said "sure". I got one block before I decided the joy in my heart was so overwhelming that I had to pull over and let him have his car back. He seemed very anxious for me to stop driving for some reason. True story. I fell in love with it immediately. I was heart broken when I heard just days later that it was stolen from the dealer lot where it was in for service (very unusual!). His entire fami…

I just installed a new Powerforce harmonic balancer because I cracked my OE one. So after putting the car back together and installed the fan belt I noticed the belt doesn't seat completely in the balancer belt groove The belt is too wide. It seats "half way" in the groove. Should I be concerned? And if I replace the belt with a skinnier one will there be a problem with the fan and alternator pulley's?

Well NISSAN anyway. For all that didn't watch or didn't care it was truly a good event. Mazda ran strong for several hours remaining in the top 3 for several hours. CADDY looked good also. Its a shame that all of the prototypes that race under IMSA sanctioning are not competitive under WEC sanctioning. I would really enjoy seeing them ccompete at Le Sarthe. My little one watched the entire race practically. He even drew a pretty good rendition of the track with chalk on our driveway purely from memory. That is a TRUE racer! Turn 17 (the final turn) proved to be very challenging the entire race long. Two cars were out in the first 45 minutes one, being a Ferrari, ended up o…

Has anyone here went through the Ontario RIV inspection? I am curious to know what if any work is required for a 72 240z. I could not find any recall information for the vehicle. Is DRL's required? Thanks

I hope this is the correct section to post this. I have just acquired my first 72 240z. It's been a dream car since I was a kid. Very excited to meet fellow Z enthusiasts. I have a question, I need some advise on whom to use to transport the vehicle from the US to Toronto. Any recommendations? Thanks

After installing my new end links I decided it was time to pull the aluminum radiator, drop it off to be repaired, and replace a leaking front main. The rad shop showed me where the leaks were and said it has to be epoxied. I've never heard of this before. I'm used to having the older style copper/brass units. Anyway, they are working on it now. I removed the crank damper and could clearly see where the leak was at the main seal. The whole front portion of the engine is pretty grungy from leaking for a long time. I did clean it up a little. The front main seal came out super easy! Cleaned the matting surface and installed a new seal. Was definitely tighter than the …
