Hello, Just curious,how many manufactures produced parts for 240Z? I try to list up what I saw when I cleaned my 240Z. Also courtesy of factory service bulletin of fairlady-Z Nov 1969 issued,there are lots of information of manfactures. So I thought I had the right belts, but it looks like I doesn't! Is there still a source for the original ALT & SMOG pump belts? I'm seeing BELT-FAN FOR COOLER 11720-E3015 OP L24 BELT-FAN L=845 11720-E4615 L24 BELT-FAN L=860 11720-E8700 L24 7207 BELT-FAN L=885 11720-P0305 ASSY-BELT FAN FOR AI [AIR PUMP?] 11720-25604 L24,L26 EXHAUST 14853-N3610 OP L26 EXHAUST neither of these belts are available... are there any sources that have OE NISSAN Belts, or should I just attempt to size up the smog pump one with string and get them via 3rd party?

Every labor day there is a very large collector car auction in Auburn Indiana. It lasts about 4 days. This year, a brown '73 went on the block and sold for $21,500. Does it belong to anyone here?

Howdy, The Antenna mast for my 76 is non-functioning. The motor seems to be working but the mast won't go up. I purchased a donor antenna that has a faulty motor and was going to combine the two. Below is a picture of the antenna that is currently in the car. I've seen a few types of masts and was wondering if anyone can help me identify if this is the original mast for the car? The car was manufactured 9/75. Cheers! ~MattS

http://240zforsale.com/about-us/ He seems to be taking ads for cars that are for sale from around the country and listing them by location, there doesn't seem to be any advertising on the site. Could it be he is just a nice guy doing all this work for the convenience of potential buyers? Something feels fishy about this, or maybe I'm just cynical.

Hello all, been preparing and searching for a 240z for the past year or so, and finally pulled the trigger. I am in Milford, CT, and have met a few of the local Z enthusiasts at a meet earlier in 2015. I am a mechanical engineer, and come from the world of Subarus, my 2005 STI has been with me since early 2006. First car I bought myself out of college, and learned everything I know so far working on it. I probably won't keep it too much longer, with a family in the future (I am 31) and it not being terribly practical now that I have the Z for my project/fun car. It's in terrific shape, and hopefully the Z takes its place in my heart so I can let it go. I now own HLS…

I had a conversation with Charlie Osborne at Zedd Findings the other day and he mentioned that he was looking for 4 early valve stem caps. This weekend I looked through stuff in my storage building and came across this: It is a two piece affair---brass body with rubber cap. It has a logo down near the base with a 5 pointed star on either side of text that reads "Pacific". I don't know if this is really original or not, but it came from an original tire to HLS30-00248. Unfortunately it is the only one, as it was on the spare (175R14).
