I think it'd be cool if someone recreated the Japanese fairlady police car. Anyone ever do this? It's interesting to me that they even used the fairlady as police there. What do you think?

Hey Classic Z'ers, I felt terrible about not sharing what turned out to be one of the coolest Z cars I've ever seen. Even Pete B. really likes it, in fact at a vintage race at Sebring he commented that it's "one of the best prepared Z's he's seen." He really likes the color combination that generated the title of Executive BRE car. I couldn't figure out how to best share this build, BUT I had created a book for the customer on My Publisher. So, I just figured out how to share this with you guys. Take a few minutes to cut and paste this link, turn the pages, and read the narrative. All the best, Greg Ira http://www.mypublisher.com/?e=OHm3Q8zJl3T4ptMr7jMQ0R7sNng_WO78

I am having some electrical issues with the dashboard, taillights and headlights of my '81 280ZX. Does anyone know of a good auto shop/mechanic in the Oakland, California area? Thanks.

Well i had the windshield installed on my 240z yesterday and was finally able to take it out of the garage after a rather lengthy 2 years of restoration. The car still needs a bit of work to get it to a 100% but i could not resist taking and sharing a few pictures. The car still needs to be color sanded and buffed. I'm also waiting on my upgraded headlight and taillight harnesses from MSA and a friend will be over tomorrow to weld in some rear brackets so i can mount the 7/8" sway bar in the back. Right now the car is a lil too slammed but i'll be raising it up an 1" or 2.

Just thought I'd post about this one. No relation to seller, etc... (Side note: is that the passenger side mirror so many people are looking for?) http://tricities.craigslist.org/cto/3130427781.html

I've got 2 o rings left over and I'm hoping the small one goes under the oil cap but can't figure out the bigger one. Any ideas? Oh and I'm not using any EGR stuff so could it be part of that? Thanks in advance. It's the Felpro gasket set for '75 to ?

Hi, so this may be in the wrong forum so I apologize, but at the moment this seems the most logical place. I am in the middle of collecting all the parts for a swap to a manual transmission and need the pedal box, with the clutch pedal and brake! It will be for a 1973 240z. Does anybody have a manual pedal box that they are willing to part with for a reasonable price? I have looked at ebay but there's only one being bid on and I'll be at work when the auction ends so i doubt my chances :/ Anyone's help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Fellow Zed-phomaniacs, I am considering creating a Classic ZCar Theme for Windows 7. I know that it is not a enormous feat to create a theme in Window 7, but there are NONE available and I did not want to scam random photos off of the web to create it. My plan is to get those interested members of the Forum to submit some sweet pics of their Z to me via a PM and I will chose the best 10 or so and assemble the theme. When I am done, I will upload the themes here and each will be free for the taking (and customizing). This would be an artistic endeavor of my own - I will not be copyrighting or selling anything. There might be several themes created from the collectio…
