76 260z A/C in an early 74 240?

I've found a 76 parts car with a complete A/C system in it. Will this system fit in my early 74 260? If I could do this swap without much heartburn, I may look at doing it. If it's a big pain, I'll pass and stick with the original 2/70 system.

Has anyone got pics and/or links to info on the 240z entered by Entreposto and crewed by AntÃ³nio Carlos Oliveira/Eduardo Bon de Sousa in the '73 TAP rally (Rally of Portugal)? This was car #18, white with red side highlights. I've got some reasonable images which provide the overall layout but not sufficiently detailed to help with specific stickers. We are refinishing our navigation/trials 240z and are interested in making it a reasonable facsimile of that car, at least in appearance. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, My name is Don and about 4 hours ago I agreed to purchase a 71 240z. The car turns over fine and is a solid Az car. I can't say it's complete because I have no idea,yet. The gentleman who owns it (past tense) decided to pull the dash and console out to install new one. I am having him put it back together and should pick it up Tuesday evening. I need to find a fender tag or build plate or something with the vin # so I can do some research on the car. I have some experience with resto's just never a Z. I am curious about the 5 spd, whether or not it's original also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will post up some pic's when I get her home, although it …

Cleaning all fuel systems?

So right now I'm in the middle of removing my engine and everything else in the engine bay to freshen up and clean it all. 77Z been sitting for 7 years. When I drained the gas tank there was about 6 or more gallons of old gas and some of the black gunky stuff I'm gonna assume is varnish. Having that gas and gunk in there I'm guessing the tank, lines, pump, rail, injectors, and every other part of the fuel system has been at least a little gunked up and I'm wondering what is the best way to clean all that out? Thanks!

I am running 300ZX brake calipers on my 71 240Z, so thought I would update the master and booster to a 280ZX setup. The booster that I received, is a monstrous 10in. in diameter. It comes close to covering the clutch mounting hole altogether. What car would this be from? From what I can determine, there are only two sizes, 8in. and one slightly bigger. I found a thread on this awhile back, but can not locate it now. What size booster am I looking for?

Kind of a franken motor N42/47 with an E88 intake all within a 1963 Austin Healey. I noticed there are different PCV hoses listed for the different 240z model years. Anyone know which year PCV hose would work for my set-up?

Opened up my Storage garage and there she sat all dusty from sitting all winter/spring. Got her out this last saturday. got the oil & filter changed out, air pressure topped off, gave everything a good inspection, gave it a good bath and got it all waxed with Meguiars and hit the highways. Took these photos on sunday and thought I'd show them to you guys

Hello, My name is Cesar I'm located here in SoCal, and a couple of days ago after almost two years, I got my 280z for the price I could afford:), there some work to do on it, however I am looking forward to it, I am very excited and wanted to share my emotions with people that have the same feeling for the LEGENDARY Z, attached are some pics of my 76 280z, any sugestions?
