on my windshied there's two minute chips. one has been repaired by P O and the other isn't. it hasn't started to crack yet. the repair shop will fix it for $90 but can't guarantee it won't crack during the prosses of fixing.? is since my car is stored in heated garage will that keep it from cracking or should i get the fix.( my experience is that cracks get worse in cold weather)

Found this on Craigslist: http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/cto/1375826476.html Hope to arrange to take a look at her this weekend. According to the ad this car has not left the family since new. More info to come if I get to look it over.

Hi all, I got a chance to see the first Z car sold in the US today. VIN #HLS30-00013 was brought to the Conneticut Z Car Club show. Check out the pics. I was also lucky enough to get Best 240z in show with the old ZZTOM mobile.

Evening all , the all Datsun show has come and gone and it was real good time for everyone who attended . Some really nice folks were up from Oregon and Washington for autocross on Saturday and a car show In North Vancouver on a very beautiful sunny Sunday . I've attached a couple from the Saturday fun and a couple of the show . The fellow with the zx comes on this site a bit so I told him I would show off his car to the world . Next year the show will be on the same weekend so if you would like to come up to enjoy our hospitality please feel welcome . z you all later Chris

I have been approached by several people who have "Nissan Genuine Key Value" parts for sale. I have found only one reference to these part: Key Value" standing for KEY products providing VALUE for money, is the registered trademark for the exclusive use of Nissan Motors. "Key Value" parts are designed to conform to Nissan quality standards and are suited especially for use after the warranty period to maintain excellent performance in respect to the vehicle's age and condition. Despite the high quality, "Key Value" parts are priced substantially lower than factory fit equivalents. The Key to Economy and Reliability is therefore applied as a key word for "Nissan Genuine…

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT PARTS A DATSUN 260Z FROM 1978 AND A 240Z HAVE IN COMMON. WHAT ABOUT CHASSIS, DOORS, WINGS, REAR HATCH AND MECHANICALS? I've just found one on ebay and it's not much money. Was thinking I could use it as a donor car. It's less than a day to go so i'd appretiate your time! Thanks very much! Matt

how much are parts cars going for now? I've got a 73 that has been somewhat stripped and has the passenger floor missing, bad engine, no transmission, no bumpers, no brakes, no door windows, no seats... well basically just what is shown in the pictures with rust at the bottom of the doors and elsewhere. Not a project car, just some body parts and a few interior panels. Is it worth anything to try to sell?

Hello all So about a month ago I bought my first Z, a 1976 280z. The thing is nearly restored, though poorly but is in really great shape for its age. From the day I bought the car I've had a problem with a intermittent ticking noise when the car had warmed up. My first thought was...ok cool valves need adjustment that's all and set them to the proper specs. Long and behold the ticking noise didn't go away . So I began to search up and down on the car desperate to solve my problem In the process I found that my tank was cracked. (great). Took the dam thing off and sent it away to get it fixed by a company here in Tucson. While the car was sitting idle I though..hel…

Hey all. I've read some conflicting thoughts on what differential I should be using. I have a early '74 260 that had an auto. I did the conversion to a 4 speed ( I already had one from a 260Z ) The stock diff I believe 3.545 that was being used with the auto is still there. What should or would be best to be using. I'ld rather have more lower end. Thanks ahead of time Bobby
