I have an extensive collection of Old Datsun posters and banners from the 1960s and 1970s. Some have a copyright date and/or printing date. Others have a publisher and/or artist name. Some have no date or name markings. Some were issued by Nissan, some by independent companies. Others have no reference to who issued them. Other than Nissan, I have not been ascertain who may own a copyright or trademark or have any other "right" to the images, graphics, or text. I would like to know the the guidlines/laws related to reproducing these for limited circulation. Thanks, Keith

Here's a project car located in Tempe, AZ. Judging from the pics, looks to have a few minor issues, but overall, doesn't look too bad for $700.00 or less: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/cto/1117359561.html Here's the link to more pics of the car: http://s560.photobucket.com/albums/ss44/magscript/

You can find all the details here http://www.tzccva.org/ Last year was an incredible turnout. There were around 45 cars and some terrific S30's!!!!! Please try and make it out this year. There will be a bunch of guys meeting here in Richmond VA to all drive together. I believe that I have a few 510 guys coming as well. Since I came last year it seems they have opened it up to 510's as well

Since there are so many older japanese cars popping up here locally (especially 510's ) I figured I would go ahead and start on my long time goal of creating a club and website. So I just purchased the domain midatlanticjcc.com Midatlantic Japanese Classic Car Club. 1985 and older Datsun/Nissan, Toyota and Honda. This will be VA, MD, DC & NC. Possible confine to a smaller demographic depending on feedback and interest. I am going to get together with my computer friend to help get it set up. More to come soon. Thanks, Brandon

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone out there knows of any "specialists" in the Central NY area i mean they don't have the be strictly a datsun tech but a good mechanic that you may have trusted with your Z at one time or another.

So I've seen this simple mod / add on at the other sites I frequent. My newest car is an '04 Infiniti FX45, and this add on pertains to all cars with the PCV type system. It's a simple oil / air separation setup using either a home made / store bought air compressor separator can that's installed between the PCV valve and the carb/plenum/what have you. This traps the oily/fuel contaminated mist that's blown past the rings, stopping it from being sucked into the carbs or intake plenum in the case of my FX. My 240z has a Crown turbo kit , and I think I'd have to add an extra one way valve because of the added pressure. Any ideas ? My skills entering links to this topic are …

I bought this car new. I immediately sourced a set of Panasport wheels. I worked on this car for years. I could set the valves in 30 minutes (OK, after a lot of practice). I set a little more negative camber in the front and went road racing. It was fun. Then a rod separated from the crank.:disappoin Here:

Hey guys, My dad has asked to help him sell his 240z, I honestly have no idea what the market is like other than what I've seen on craigslist and I would very much appreciate any help you could provide. Stats: -1973 240z -Factory rebuilt engine with 40k on it -Total miles 160k on the car -Paint and interior in poor shape -Webber carb, new plugs, wires, power booster -Also has spare motor with a good transmission in storage -New factory clutch The car is not currently running, it was worked on about 1.5 years ago by a local guy who put the new carb/plugs/wires/power booster on it and had it running decently. Since then its unfortunately been sitting …

I am looking for a pair of turn signal assemblies (or at least the driver's side) for a 72 240z along with an interior rear view mirror. If anyone has some spares please PM with prices and condition. I have checked the classifieds and hit the search button. Thanks

Does anyone have the right part number for these hex shaped screws that screw the door strikers and stoppers to the door jam? I've tried the 2 part numbers that the Nissan FAST system gives me and they're not available. There has to be another part number for these screws; I can tell from this picture that the number is different from the numbers I checked with Nissan.

I took the car out for another shake down run, and found that the grinding noise I was hearing in the rear end has been solved. It was the brake drums rubbing against the backer plates....:stupid:. Now, I have a problem that feels like timing to me, but I've searched alot and can't find what I'm looking. I'm hoping for some direction before I start messing around too much. Heres the deal...bone stock L24 with 28K miles, new ZTherapy SU's and a 1979 E12-80 ZX dizzy (installed last Fall) with a MSD Blaster 2 coil. The dizzy was not rebuilt, but it came out of a 79 280ZX (5Speed) with only 60K on it. It seemed to be an improvement when I installed it last year over the…

Has anyone gotten the Nissan EFAST or E-Fast software working on Vista. I got it installed/configured and can open the E-FAST program, but I can't seem to do any lookups. When I click the Model List button at the bottom, I see an SQL Manager icon flashing on and off in the systray, but the lookup fails and E-Fast displays the folllowing error: "CD Player Error". See attached for image of this error. Note that I ran the installer successsfully and installed to C:\NISSAN, created the Fast and E-Fast subdirectories under there, copied the nfastkey to c:\windows, and ran nfset.exe to point the program to the two database dirs (c:\nissan\fast & c:\nissan\e-fast). I have…
