Check out this possible Pierre's Z - "Z Store" refresh. No pics of the undercarriage but looking at the rest I would venture to say it would probably check out. at last a picture of rota rb on a zed (i think!).they look fantastic.if you are the owner please respond.i would like to know what size and offset you have.the rota webpage only mention +12 offset.however on ebay i've seen +04 offset listed? love the deep flat polished lip.what do the rest of you guys think compared to the rewinds?

... Yup... another tree fell on the Z No pics this time, it wasn't quite as spectacular as last time, and I didn't have a camera. Anyway, this time it was a 35/40 foot tall pine tree, and while it didn't do any damage to the car, it left all kinds of sappy goo on it. Windex got it off of the windows with lots of rubbing... but I've got no clue what I should use on the body... Any suggestions?

What year did they switch from the plastic tank to the metal one? Bought a nice metal tank last year, but it is too large for my '71. Good thing the original plastic one is in good shape. Just curious. HH

I have 2.6L bottom end complete with : block connecting rods flat top pistons (one has a little chunk out of the top) crank I was wondering how much this all together is worth. They are all good parts, except one piston which has a pencil eraser sized chunk out of the top.

Ok, please tell me if I am nuts here, I can't see why this won't work... So as some of you know, I have been having issues with fuel down the side of the car on a hard left turn. I called around for a cap, and nothing was avail until next week. So, as I was in Ace Hardware to grab some c-clips, my curiousity got the better of me and I wandered over to the plumbing isle. There I found a waste and overflow washer that is a great replacement for the rubber in the stock cap... It's made of synthetic rubber, it's a bit thicker and provides a better seal than the old one. I was at the u-pull-it the other day and found an original spare tire from a 240Z on the steel rim. It is in excellent condition. Tire is not dried out or cracked. Is there any value in this? For now I will keep it as my spare or should I seal it up to preserve it's condition. Or are they a dime a dozen and I shouldn't worry about it at all.

Car Show rules sometimes are subject to interpretation, and as more people enter a hobby, are sometimes found not to be as well defined as intended, Since the ZCCA show rules are important to the Z community, lets deal with them first.
