My dear firends, these are couple of pictures and videos from two angles (sorry for the very low quality) of my Z after switching the front/rear springs, the strut mount bushing failed so in the picture I have a s trut mount from a 240Z, so it is about an inch lower in at rear.. many thanks to you for replaying me and helpin me a lot in my progress with my car.. and for who replied recently and I didn't follow up, sorry for being non-contiously following up with my post, because I had many things to do for the travel issues. I'll be going on vacation tonight, I'll go to London for a week, and then I'll stay for a mounth in slovakia, so I might not be able to come online…

I had a roomate from Japan over here in the states for 2 years. He recently went home after graduating college. He told me that he wanted to start importing parts from the JDM to the US. I told him I would try to help. At this point we are just trying to figure what kind of demand we are dealing with. If you want any parts from Japan please tell me. Most of this stuff would have to be able to be found in a junkyard so if you want a JDM G-nose kit, I doubt he will be able to find one, but still tell me:) . He would not be able to import whole engines as he is just getting use to imp/exp business. Some examples of things he might be able to imort, all JDM of course:…

I first found this site about a year ago, but today is the first time I have looked at it in depth. Which is because I'm about to start the restoration of the 1973 240Z that I purchased new in early 1973. Its been sitting in my utility yard (I'm ashamed to admit) for the last 10 years or so, but I should be able to get it into my garage in the next couple of weeks to start the ground up restoration I've defered for so long. I want to restore it to new condition to recapture that wonderful feeling when I drove it off the lot of Gubrud's Valley Datsun in Mt Vernon, WA so long ago. It was the first time I had ever driven a Z, and it was the first new car I ever purchase…

Hey Z people! I took My 240 for a 1000 mile road trip. What a great drive! My Z rocked, I crused at 90 MPH for most of the drive with quick runs up to 120 MPH. The cool part is that I was getting 26 miles per gallon, with SU's! I'm kind of shocked cause my around town mileage sucks (about 17). I was just thinking how awesome it would be to have a 6 speed tranny ... I would have been able to cruse at 100 mph at 3K RPM and still got 26+ MPH. I know some guy's are moding Z32 6 speeds to work with the L28. Man I would love to drive that set up. Just thought I would share my road trip results. Rock on Z people! Matt-

If anyone needs a carpet piece for the hatch, this came out of my 73 240. It's not perfect but with the new carpet paints it would look nice. I would rather someone who needs one use it instead of throwing it away. So, if anyone wants it leave me your name and address and I'll ship it to you...FREE.(snail mail of course) Randy

Hey guys, I was curious if any of you by chance have one of those "wheelskins" steering wheel covers for your steering wheel and how you liked it and what you thought of it? I put that on x-mas list as my steering wheel is pretty worn and cracked and was wondering what you guys thought of them and how they compare to maybe some of the other after market ones.
