I own a 280z 2+2 and its a right hand drive fairlady, but i really am not a fan of this moddel. i really love the 72 240z style and want one in a right hand version aswell. should i sell the 77 and get a early model 240z or should i just convert the new model into a right hand drive.

Has any one else noticed these? I removed the steel evaporator tank from my 73 and noticed on the back side (up against the quarter panel) a 2 inch round white stamp on it. The stamp was divided into 3 parts. The top had a Japanese character, the center line has the number 3 then two spaces and then 6 26. The bottom line has another Japanese character. I found this interesting because my car was born 7-73, and I would like to think it was born on my 18th birthday of July 6th. First, I have gone through all the archives of this site. about the dealer installed A/C units and it seems that I have the Sankyo/Sanden compressor installed on the driver's side. As you will understand the compressor unit is installed below the air pump and not easy to service. The receiver/dryer is the "coke bottle" unit mounted on the the passenger side fender well. My questions are as follow: 1- Is this unit has been sold under the brand name of "fridgiking"? 2- The unit has been serviced two years ago and I am in need of a refill. Hi guys This is off topic but I have to share my feelings. My Brother in Law is visiting in Panama and today we been talking about cars and told me that he want to get rid of his mustang 5.0 (1990) and guess what I told him here I am. Answer was Yours:) only pay shipping to Panama (actually not much arround 700 bucks). He said engine is perfect but needs some body work and upholstery. But who cares if its for FREE:) . Now I have a 1973Z(at the body shop), VW Gol(daily driver), and Mustang 5.0(in Houston USA) .. Comming soon to my garage. What do You think guys?

Heads up to you guys, I'm not 100% sure but I think on July 12th, On pinks on the speed channel there is going to be a datsun racing!!!! Like i said I just saw the previews and thought thats what it looked like. Lets hope he wins if it is!!

Hello I have a 75 280 with I'm sure a lot of crud in the tank as I only get about 150miles per tank and fill with 8/10 gal at a time. Now I have done a search and I have not found what I'm looking for yet. My question is...I have found a 77 280 tank on ebay will that fit in my 75? From what I can tell it should. I would pull the tank and get it cleaned and coat the inside. But the little car is a daly driver. Thank for the input Eric
