Pulled same 2 bolts and the damn thing WILL NOT come out. seems like it is bonded some how to the metal track it sits in. Am I missing something here guys?

My Z has been at the body shop 2 weeks.. it was down for a month prior to that while I had the engine out for cleaning and repainting engine and the engine compartment... basically I havent driven my Z since my Feb 4th... this waiting to drive it is just killing me!!!! are any of you feeling my pain?? . and the fact that I know how good it will look when it's done makes it even worse... How do you guys cope with your Z being down for long periods of time?

Hello, I am looking at buying a 1975 280z, I am asking to see if his price is correct. The int, has no carpet, torn seats, but a good dash, the body is all primer, but it has a crease in the fender, the body as no rust, all it need is to be painted. The Engine is a RB20DET, with 47000 miles, the transmission is the same milleage with a two week old stage 3 clutch, he is asking 4K is this price right? Thanks alot.

I was just wondering if any of you guys have ever topped out your cars. I heard that the stock 240z will do consitantly 130's, I am just wondering because I am putting a sbc in mine with about 400-500hp and a Richmond 6 speed, I know I will have to get a new rear end but lets say the gears where the same as stock, and the six speed gears are 1-3.28 2-2.14 3-1.57 4-1.24 5-1.00 6th-.76. I have done the caluculations on the internet and they say it can go over 200mph. But when you come back to the real world and put into effect drag, aerodynamics, etc. what do you think she will really do? any guesses or if anyone has a v8 conversion to tell about would be …

Hello all, I know things similar to this exist, but I have set up http://www.aboutz.net/ What I'm hoping to do is create an encyclopedia (using the same framework as wikipedia) for anything related to Zs. I know of a nice 350z one, but I hope this will eventually encompass all models, and provide a free and open resource for us to call upon. The way it works is people are able to freely contribute to the site, and add information. I'm trying to encourage my club to add things as and when they find something of use, and it can be anything so long as there is a link to Zs somewhere. My friend is a big drifting fan and so added details of drivers who have drifted 350zs, lat…

So I'm coming home from my girlfriend's house last night at 11:45, and I hit the last long straight before I get into town and I hear this *PANG* . I'm like WTF just happend? I slow down, hoping nothing is broken. Turns out some kid or something was shooting rocks or bb's at cars as they drove by, and he nailed my driver's side door. Small ding, chip in the paint. Why does this crap happen to me? I hardly even drive my car anymore, I get a ride from my girlfriend to school! I'm just really lucky he didn't shatter the window or worse yet, if my window was down, hit me in the face or the ear. I play trombone in a professional-level jazz band, so that would have been terri…
