and? max power is....... 183.8 HP max torque is....... 181.1 ft/lbs funny thing? ive got 54HP and 100ft/lbs at 3600RPM...and so on..the chart goes up and down, up and down from 2.5K to 4.3K RPM...finally, at 4.4K RPM, the charts start to look normal - actually i just looked at it again, from 2600-2750RM i have 25HP and 51ft/lbs! hehehe this is just a run up to the dyno, no tuning at all so im not worried. i can get her past 200 once i work out the kinks with the SDS fuel system...i havent had time to tune it. The chart actually looks pretty funny, i wish i could take a pic of it :-( engine? .020 overbore flatops n42 head mild cam mild port job custom EFI mani…

Cigarette lighter removal

Can the cigaretter lighter socket be removed? If so, can you remove it without removing the dash? I want to install a push button switch and was hoping to not remove the dash.

I was just wondering if anybody else was just building their Z to just be functional. For example, since I know I'll never have a show car on my hands and I don't really want a show car, I'm just doing what works. My engine bay was yellow, now its black. Since I can't pull my engine out, I did the next best thing. I did this with some sandpaper, rags, paint thinner, and Rustoleum Gloss Black spraypaint. Its not the prettiest thing, but it works. Is anybody else building with that philosophy in mind?

so yeah i was on my way home back from skool one day and i came up on a 71' 240z it was silver and it looked preatty damn good...but when i came up to it and looked in the car and unfortounetly it was auto matic....so i want to ask this question to you guys ....can a manual tranny bolt up to it with out moving or welding the mount...plz tell me what you guys know about doing this sex chang to this car, thanks:)

Sunday (3-12-06) afternoon, I saw a NICE dark green or dark blue Z with double stripes from hood to rear valance driving southbound on Los Berros Rd, right in front of the Los Berros Market in Nipomo. The thing sounded VERY healthy, and was BEAUTIFUL, from what I could see, being ~50 yds away. Whos machine was this?
