Anybody know anything about this wheel? Width? It's a 14" diameter. Seems to have a maximum of fins. Thanks for any info. Steve.

I'm interested in installing intermittent feature for my wipers on my 1972 240z. Not really interested in doing the upgrade to 73, as I want more than just 1 setting, kinda like my 94 dodge van has like 10 different intermittent settings. I've found this one (yeah, I know, JC Whitney, but hey, I've bought stuff from them before)... http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2004485/showCustom-0/p-2004485/N-111+10201+600003811/c-10101 looks reasonable, any comments? Any first personal accounts of installing anything like this would be helpful. Thanks everyone, for reading my post.

I just purchased a 1976 280Z. The Key works on the ignition but not on the doors. Does any one know where I can purchase a new set for the front doors and hatch back.

I have been showing and driving my Z to a local Wed. night cruise-in for about 14 yrs. now. never had any problems, even though i was the only 'furriner' there for a long time. Last Wed., I pull in, and see an open parking spot. I need to back up, and then pull forward to get the right angle. As I pull up, I misjudge, and just bump the rear bumper of a '64 Chevy impala that has just been finished. No damage to the Chevy (thank God), but I slightly bent the left front edge of my hood, and chipped the paint in two spots. DAMN!!!!!! Guess I'll be heading to the body shop and getting all the dings and chips fixed from the past 13 yrs. and a new paint job. Keeping the same pe…

I am planning a suspension job on my Z and was planning on getting many parts from the local Kragen Auto parts. Well, I decided to jump on summit and see if they had anything for my 73 240z. I was amazed, they quite a few things for a Z. They have alot of universal items like oil filter relocation kits and spark plug wires and car covers but they also have very Z car spicific stuff, they have struts, brake rotors(drilled or vented), centerforce clutchs, ARP hardware, brake pads, gasket sets. I was really amazed, I never suspected they had so much for a 240z. Check it out here.

I wonder if anyone has tackled installing cruise control in their 240z...I'd like to use it for trips to the beach, etc. I use cc all the time in my conversion van, and I miss it when driving around in my Z. I live in Dayton, Oregon, which is 35 miles out of downtown Portland, and there are some stretches where cc would be nice to have. It seems that the aftermarket cruise control units out there, like Audiovox's CSS-100 http://www.audiovox.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=341067&langId=-1 are meant to be used with the throttle controlled with a cable, not with just linkage, like our 240z's are. Does any…
