a man in indiana has reportedly bought a 15k mile 1970 for $29,000 dolloars us. i have driven this car and it is worth every dime. i say cheers to both buyer and seller..... cdavid

First off i am new to the forum and to Z cars period, i am 16 but thats beside the point, i have a 82 L28E engine that isnt missing anything but a rod cap, the engine over all is in really good condition, i have started miking the crank journals and so far everything checkes out, i was wanting to know how much a standard rebuild would run me with no boring, i just need the main bearings and gasket set, about how much would it be running me? i am planning on doing the labor myself and started grinding the valves and hand lapping them, today, haha, any help would be helpful any things i need to watch out for? thanks

Hi I have been out of the stereo car seen for about 15 yrs now, looking for an amp for my 240zt. I was told about this line of amps call (Audiobahn ) does anyone have any experience with these or know anything about them. I was told the Audiobahn A6004T is good unit.

just want to post a pic of my current project car. this is only my second foray into the Z car world. a brief history is in order: the car belonged to my honey's dad. she also had a Z (her first car) that she ended up having to sell a couple years ago for reliability, and monetary, reasons. she was very, very sad to let her Z go but after working on it for her, it was for the best. the car was cancerous and had subframe damage, the $hi+ to worth ratio was way upside down. for her birthday last year, i got with her dad and got her this car which had been sitting for 12+ years (he had been keeping it for sentimental reasons, and to pass on to either of his kids who…

I couldn't help myself... This time it's in the form of an early ('74) 260Z coupe fitted with a L28 injected turbo running Wolf 3D ECU, 5 speed, R200, & Koni's. I will be upgrading to vented brakes up front & disc at the rear. I will also be fitting a FMIC. Nick.

I am going to replace all of the control cables(heater, choke, throttle) in my S30, and my SRL311. I have a question from a friend. He wanted to know where he could get a set of shocks for his 300ZX. It is a 1985 300 ZX turbo with ECVSA (Electronic controlled variable shock absorbers). Do they make these? Where can you buy these shocks? Can you have them rebuilt? Thanks for the help. I am trying to help this guy out.

I am looking for some new idea's, been through the detectives etc. Trying to locate the orginal red Primadonna (picture attached). The car disapeared a few years ago without a trace. Sorta thinking that a collective effort by the alerting the Z car brothers mat be the last chance. I can't hardly believe that a car this outrageous could simply disapear, and no one in the Z car community not know. Any ideas on how to get the word out that were looking?
