My friend just moved to the next town north of where I live. I just received this picture from him. Apparently this is across the street from his new house. Looks like I will need to go check out this new house of his. Sent from my N9130 using Tapatalk

Just got my Z back from the shop where many, many things were addressed; new engine mounts, struts, springs, differential mount among others. Wheels are new 16” Panasports with Continental Extreme Contact 205’s which where road force balanced. It exhibits a strange handling quirk which I am trying to diagnose. When I let off the gas it will veer slightly to the right and when I apply the gas it will veer slightly to the left. Has anybody experienced this or have any idea what may be causing this?

So, I picked up a car this afternoon. She's a bit rusty. OK, a lot rusty! In fact it might be extremely costly to save her. But there is hope! For where there was once life... ...there can be life once again. That is if I replace every part here. And every part here. I'm sure I can afford to replace everything in this photo. If I step on this it will just go away. Problem solved. I don't need to worry about this section - if I try real hard I can always just stare forward. But what is this! A donor car!? That's only half rusted... It is possible we just might hear this engine sing again... And this body roll with pride again... An…

I originally owned my first Z car, a 1996 300zx, back in 2004. Later around 2006, I picked up a 260z and started working on restoring it. Life got in the way and we had a big move to Texas and I sold the 260z. I almost bought a really clean silver 240z that was on eBay in 2007. I was wanting a neat car to daily drive. That fell through and now 12 years later I was on the hunt for another car. I really wanted the earliest 240z I could find that was in reasonable condition for a full restoration. I live just North of Houston and found several cars for sale locally. The problem is these cars were very rusty. I mean I can do body work and sheet metal replacement but I didn't …

RE: '77 280Z Hello All: All that stands between my recently refreshed '77 280Z and the open road, is a missing pair of windshield wiper arms (R & L) and heads (blade carriers). As these items will be used frequently, the OEM pieces will have to be not damaged and completely serviceable. No junk, please. Please reply to <ensys@michiana.org>

Hi, I'm a 370z driver, used to drive a TT 300zx and have had my eyes on 240s for a while now. I want to buy a car to export to my pad in France. Does anyone know the laws? Can I take a modified car, or do I need to keep it bog standard? I'm aware that I will probably have to prove 1 yr ownership in the U.S. before I can export my personal vehicle to Europe? Thanks!

I just got an automatic 1977 280z. I want to stay somewhat stock when I do the rebuild, but i'd like to swap to a manual. Which transmission is more desirable? Is there any sense in keeping it automatic? Because I'd love to have maybe a 6 speed from a 350z. What do y'all think? My goal is to do a complete 240 conversion, but I don't wanna do anything that I'll regret. ?

This paper came with the car that I just bought. It obviously looks like a receipt, but it appears to be missing the bottom third of the paper. Like it Got ripped off or something. Anyone know where I might find a full copy of it online? What exactly is it?

Hey Everyone, Let me introduce myself. My name is Craig , I live In Austin, TX. I have restored cars over the years but this is my first Z. I have been a member since last October 2018. I recently purchased a 1973 240z CA/AZ (one owner car) that's been hibernating for 25 years in a AZ. garage. I am working on waking it up. She is at a shop in Austin waiting to be worked on now. The previous owner started the car and it made a ticking noise, so they turned it off right away. I plan to keep it near stock and restore over time. It is presently Blue, I plan on taking it back to its original color Red 110. Right now I just want to get the car road worthy - I am goin…
