Hi Z LOVERS My name Vince and my Son loved z's .He had red 1970 240 and I bought 1980 280 ZX,gold&black 10th anniversary.I haven't driven much,it has only about 6000 miles on it. All I can say "z" are beautiful.

I just bought a 1982 Datsun 280zx the beginning of June. It's a sweet car, but needs lots of work. I can't wait to read thru the forums and hopefully get some great ideas on how to restore her.

Heres my '74. Started on it about 6 years ago... then got sidetracked for the past 5. A leaky sunroof and NE winters left me with floor ventilation. :stupid:

Good morning all. I have always liked the Z's. Finally got one a 72 240. Member TRB97 (future son-in-law) and myself are tearing the 240 down now. I need to replace the floor pans. I have purchased new ones from Zedd's thanks to these great forums. Before I start with the plasma cutter I was just wonder if anyone had any tips that will make this go a little easier.

Hello all. I am new member and have recently purchased my first z-car, a 75 280z. I bought it with a rear suspension problem, that I am having troulbe figuring out. Basically the car was hit lightly on the passenger side rim and this bent the "drivers" side wheel out several inches. The passenger side looks fine. I cannot see where anything is broken, bent, etc. Could an alignment fix something thats 2-3 inches out or is there a likely candidate for a bent cradle or bracket of some kind?? The car will drive like this, but tracks sides because one wheel is bent inward. The axles look straight out to the hub and turn freely. Anybody have any ideas on where to st…

Hello All, I just bought a 77 280Z from a gentlemen with my company who was the orginal owner. (Even had a copy of the orginal invoice from 1977 for $8800) Boy am I glad that I came across this site because I'm sure I will have plenty of questions in the future about this car. Thanks in advance to all for providing access to the huge amount of info available on these great cars. Mitch P.S. If someone could recommend a mechanic in the San Francisco Bay Area (preference near Hercules) I would much appreciate it. Here are some pictures of my new Z :-)
