I've checked this site many times over the years, but this is my first time actually posting. Hello all. I have two Z cars a 1976 280Z 2+2(running project car) and my 1983 280ZX N/A(Daily Driver.) I usually do My Z web posting on Got-Z.com but I thought I'd pop in here every once in awhile too. :classic:

Hi all, My name is Adam but most everyone calls me Q (for my middle name). Nice to meet you all. I've had a couple of Z's back in the late 80's early 90's - 82 ZXT and an 81 ZX - but have recently purchased a project car. You can view the photos in my gallery if you'd like. My problem is I'm not really sure of what I have. This was gutted and fiberglass 1/4s and fenders were added to make a race car. The L24 was long gone but I received an N42 L28 in the deal that appears to have new pistons & rods. If it's ok with you all I'd like to post what I got and how you might put it all together. I'll post here but would be more than happy to be directed to a better a…

Hello Z car people. I signed-up yesterday after my 82 280ZX turbo came home from having the front brakes replaced and the clutch went out. Bad luck I guess because I hadn't even noticed a problem with the clutch. I'm going to try and find someone to repair/replace the clutch. About how expensive is this task. I hate to have to give up this Z - its b-e-a-u-tiful. :classic:

Hello everybody, my name is Ian, and I'm 16. I've got a 1972 240Z and a 1973 240Z. Both are wrecks, but I'm going to use everything I've got to make one great Z. I'm going to have a bunch of spare parts, so if you're in need, I might be able to help you. - Ian

Hey guys, Just wanted to see whats up. My father and I spent my last year in high school and a good amount of time over the last few years restoring his '83 280zx Turbo. Its not finished but it looks pretty good and drives even better. My dad had a 240 and a 260 when I was younger, so naturally I want my first sports car to be a Z....Anyways, my first project is going to be a 240 after I graduate college in the spring, so Ill be floating around here as much as possible. Mike Heres some pics of the z..

Hi guys. New to the club and want to introduce myself. I have a 1978 280z 5-speed, I'm the 2nd owner. I purchased it from the original owner this past December. I didn't really have a clue what to look for in a Z when I bought it, other than I wanted a 5-speed first generation as close to stock as possible. I've always liked the car ever since my friend in high school had a 240z (that was almost two decades ago!). Ever since then I've been looking on and off for one to restore when this one came up and I couldn't pass it up. So I've cautiously started doing some work on it since I bought it. I had a restoration guy replace the floor boards and frame rails, I've re…
