Hello, I am a 26 years young entrepreneur from Joensuu Finland. I have this beautiful brown metallic 260 z -74. This car was brought to finland in early 80's The last tax sricker is from year 1980 from state of florida. The car is all original exept the carbs that I have replaced with Volvo Su's. I have those original flat tops storaged as well. Interior is superb although drivers seat has some cuts. I even got the original power antenna to work. Also the original fm radio works just fine.

I am a new Z enthuisiast having owned an "E" type Jag, an MGA Coupe, a Triumph TR3A and a Triumph TR4A. Parts are all too expensive for these cars and you really would not want to wreck one in any competition work. Hence the Z which is a perfect format to drive in the week and race on the weekend. So I now need to find the right bits to make my car handle better to start with. Now how do I attach the photo to this message? I have gone to browse, opened the file, now what? You got to remember us Aussies are not too bright! Rick

Well, after 8 years of looking I found A real rust free 240Z. Now let the fun start. I just put the motor back in a few days ago now and just orderd her A 8 point cage. Then out for paint. I have had three vettes in the past and sold my last vette just to get the extra $$$$ to do this 240Z the way it should be done. Now to pick A color.

In short: hi-comp, fuel injected, MOTEC-controlled, individual throttle bodies, crank fired ignition, cast AL oil pan..... etc..... sick! http://www5a.biglobe.ne.jp/~satotats/zhp/zgazou/catalog.htm if you hit the back button at the bottom of his page you can go through the whole building up ("makeing") of his Z car.... sheesh... -e

Hi All, Took this pic at a recent sports car get-together. It is a Goggomobile Dart. Sort of looks like a topless Z that was washed in water that was too hot. Cheers Dazza

Hi everyone! Just registered and I'm attaching pictures (Hopefully) of my race car project. This 240Z is going to be resurected and put back into SCCA road racing up here in the Northwest. The past owner decided to sell this and went to full tube chassis 240Z. The race chassis came with 77 280Z donor car. The donor has had some mods like header tripple Delloto's and other goodies. I plan on having it ready for next year. Balanced blueprinted, At least 250 hp. I'll try and keep updates with trials and tribulations. Project speed will be directly proportional to cash flow. Bye for now. Chris

Well, Im new here and only 16. I was at the local car mart saturday and i saw a nice looking 71 240z for about the right price. I called the guy and test drove it today, Sunday. The car was sweet. It had a 280z engine/tranny in it. ported and polished head, mild cams, air dam, rear spoiler and nice exhaust. That car flew like no tomorrow. I loved driving it and it was pretty quick for a n/a car. Just wanted to share. I need to convince my dad to get me this car because he just bought my sister a car so he claims to not have enough money. Damn punk. Don't worry, I'll get it somehow.

Finally got to see EPII yesterday. Anyone notice the striking resemblance between the upper rear quarter panel of the speeders in the early chase scene and our beloved Z Cars. Damn thing even seemed to have an air vent.
