Just purchased a 73 240Z out of Tucson, AZ. Typical AZ zero rust vehicle that was in storage for fourteen years so it is in need a mucho tlc. So far: Rebuilt the carbs New struts New brakes around Brake master cyl Clutch master New aluminum racing radiator New bearings and seals in the differential New bushings everywhere All new hoses and belts New waterpump New starter New fuel pumps Fuel tank to radiator shop for cleaning Adjusted valves Starts. runs, and drives great. The interior looks brand new. With only 108K on the ode I will probably drive it like this for a while before making any drastic changes. Will see if I can post some pics Bill in Prescott, AZ.

Here are my Z's. Been a fanatic of Z cars for longer than I can remember! The green Z is a 1976 280z, completely stock, just over 95,000 miles. Great runner and lots of fun. Currently hording parts and cash for a restore. The silver Z is a 1984 50th Anniversary. Again, completely stock with just over 50,000 miles. Excellent runner...tons of fun!!

my name is Marcus, my older brother will be turning over his beloved datsun 280z over to me soon so i went out forum hunting and found this place. the car will be a new summer project for me being that I,ve got my hands full with my current project. the plan is to do a bone stock restoration of the car. its got a fuel injected inline six under the hood with 170hp. its a little ruff here and there but its nuthin i cant hadle:classic: the worst spot is around the tail lights but other than that its a solid car. soon as im done with my current car im going to see if i can get the old z started again.

Well Merry Christmas to me after a 12 hour round trip finely picked up a 73' 240z and a 76' 280z. I'm not new to the z but am new to the 240 and 280's. I currently have a 1990 300zx na which I am in the process of restoring in class. Next will be the 240z. I'm sure ill have plenty of questions since I'm not to familiar with the straight 6 so its gonna be a fun learning experience. I'm finally going back to school for auto body thank god cause I love it I have always been into cars ever since I was able to walk Well I have a lot of reading and work to do once back from my Christmas Vac. Here are a few pics of the cars and don't worry more to come as I slowly work on her…
