The Sacramento G's and Z's will be showing at the 2011 1st Friday Car Show. Like last year, we'll be sharing the event with the Sacramento NSX Club. This year - we'll be showing on July 1st, 2011. Unfortunately we'll be limited in the number of cars that I can show. 24 G's and Z's. (The NSX group has the same limit). Last year we only had 1 Datsun Z in the show. I'd like to get a few more (240, 260, 280, 280zx). "5ft viewing" distance show types - only please. I"ll be starting a sign-up list soon. I spent the weekend in Medford Oregon at a Porsche event I go to pretty much every year. All my Porsche friends were excited to tell me that there were two hot Datsun/Nissan cars in the parking lot. One, a '73 240Z belonging to a family with the last name 'Peachy' and the other a 350Z belonging to the same family. My friend Mark and I decided to head over to the car show they were there to attend and we took a couple pics and bought a couple t-shirts... Enjoy!

NJ Area Z Enthusiasts: We will have our next Z meeting at the Green Knoll Grille on Sunday, July 10th at 12 noon (645 Rt 202/206, Bridgewater, NJ 08807). The meeting is open to members and "not yet" members alike, and is also a great time to join. So far, the agenda is: Talk Z's in the lot among friends. Grab lunch at the Green Knoll Grille Review the calendar for the rest of the year, and set future meeting dates (with the goal of not conflicting with holidays and other car shows). The Z Car Club of Rochester is pleased to again host the All Import Car Show Weekend from Friday July 8 to Sunday July 10, 2011. The centerpiece of the weekend is the 4th Annual Jonathan Krenzer Memorial All Import Car Show on Saturday July 9 which for the first time will feature custom vehicles of all import brands from around the world.
