I'd checked out the local Z club a while back, and early Zs were few and far between. Anyone in Austin interested in having an S30-only get together? I know there are at least a few of us around -- I've seen "Austin" on a bunch of forum signatures and I've been seeing more S30s around town than in previous years.

For those of you in So Cal there will be a New Years Day run starting at TRE Motorsports in Van Nuys (7:30 am New Years morning) and going through Angeles Crest/Lake Hughes etc. I did this 2 years ago (similar route) in my topless 311-there was some snow on the side of the road. This year I'll be much warmer in the Z. It would be nice to see some more Datsuns out this year. Also, for you northern/central and so cal people, keep an eye out for the Targa California in the first week of April. This is without doubt the best 3 day run of the year through some awesome Central California roads. I've done this one for the past 2 years in the roadster but plan to use the Z t…

Hey all, I just picked up a 77 280z a couple of weeks back which doesn't start. In trying to determine why I've found that the AFM failed almost all of the testing specs. I'm not sure whether this is due to tester error or not, but its an expensive part so I'd rather be sure that its the problem before trying to replace it. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or a functioning one that we could borrow to make sure that it is the issue. Thanks, hopefully we can get this thing running soon.

I just rented a warehouse in Gold River. Total space is 1400 square feet. I need 400 - 500 square feet. That means I have space for 4 -5 more cars or parts. Anyone looking for space? I am just looking to mitigate my costs. We cannot work on cars on site... storage only.
