Well, it's about that time again. The Golden Gardens All Nissan Meet is on March 30th, 2008. The calender on the front page has most of the info needed to get there. The old directions from I-5 to 85th are once again correct. There was a mud slide earlier this year but that has been repaired. The event starts at 10 AM? till about 4pm. There is a picnic area with the usual BBQ (members eat free, all others pay a small fee for burgers and soda) That fee also gets you a ticket for the drawing of donated parts) All Nissan Meet means you'll see eveything from OLD datsuns, Roadsters, Z's, ZX's, SX's all the way up to 350Z's. Alot of racers, drifters, show cars and "Under Co…

Just saying hi. I bought my first Z last night. It's a 1971 240 with a 280 infine in good running condition. It has been lowered with a camber kit put in, All suspention bushing are replaced, 280 4 speed 280 rear end and the ingition has been swapped over to elecrtonic. It came with spare rear half shafts, tranny, and SU carbs with stock air cleaner. All this for $1500. I think I got a good deal. Yes it needs a few things done to it like carbs adjusted etc., but it is very driveable and steering it tight. I look forward to learning a lot from here.

Anybody else from around here planning on attending the swap meet at Wilsonville Nissan on the 29th? If so, are you bringing parts to sell, or looking to buy? Or just to socialize? I figure I'm going to bring a few of the parts that are larger, and a pain to ship. Things like bumpers, E31 head, maybe a gas tank (if I get it out of the yellow car in time). Probably fill in with smaller parts too.

Last Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning someone stole a custom fit beige technalon cover off my 240z from underneath my building near downtown Austin. The purpose of this thread is 2-fold : 1) If anyone in the Austin area tries to sell you one or something of that nature(I am aware, the chances are extremely remote), please let me know. I have seen several other S30 Z owners around the area, and as much as I hate to think one of them took it, it is definitely not outside the realm of possibility. However, In all likelihood it was stolen by a homeless person to try to use for warmth, except it was secured with a steel cable and padlock. Whoever took it either made …

Hi i'm from the Mid-TN region (Nashville), and i'm looking for a 240z, year optional but not the generation. Looking for a weekend/daily driver with little (and i mean little) to no rust. please email me pics, price and location to kevan_hosein@comcast.net Buying a 240z from out of state is not out of the question, it just depends on the price because i'll have to factor in shipping/gas to the total price.
