I have purchased some of the tickets "out of pocket" and the corral is reserved -- but I have some tickets to sell so if you're interested contact me at cvzonc@hotmail.com while the supply lasts. The track told me the tickets and passes will be printed the first week of July and sent out and I wil be forwarding them with some information of some of the other activities going on in the area that weekend. It was nice putting a face and voice to those that I met at Blackhawk this past weekend. Weather was pleasant and the show was a success. Thanks to all that attended. Keep in mind the Monterey Historics Aug 13 - 15 with a corral on the 14th. Another good time to be had by all!!! Ron

Almost two weeks until SHASTA 2004! Thursday, July 15 is the ALL DATSUN TRACK DAY at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA. Tech wednesday PM in Willows or at the track Thursday AM. CONVENTION CAR SHOW UPDATE: The Convention 2004 car show is scheduled for Saturday June 19, 2004 at Nissan's Corporate Headquarters in Gardena California. If you would like to bring your Z for exhibition only at the car show you can do so by arriving at the S.Broadway St. entrance and paying an "exhibition only" fee of $20.00. You will be parked with other "exhibition only" vehicles at the show. Entry will start at 8 AM. Sunday June 13th 19th annual All Datsun picnic at Bluelake park east of Portland from 10-3. $4 will get your vehicle into the park and $8 will get you registered and fed. There will be a caravan leaving from the Brooks exit just north of Salem about 9am for any who would like to join in....

The Gateway Z Club's annual Z Car Show will be Sunday July 11 at Bommarito Nissan. This event is free and open to all Nissan owners, you do not have to be a member of the club, or even have a Z, any Nissan is welcome. We will have 7 trophies: 350Z, 300ZX (Z32), 300ZX (Z31), 280ZX, Z (240Z, 260Z, 280Z), Modified Z, and Nissan Non-Z. The Non-Z class is for those with classic Datsun 510s, Roadsters, newer 240SXs or even Maximas, just so long as it's a Nissan. We will not have official "judging", rather the entrants to the car show will vote for their favorite car in each class.
