The two seater coupes, not the 2+2 station wagon :tapemouth Many around? Thinking about one for my next project, stick a turbo V6 in it, do the suspension, wide wheels.......... Wouldn't want a really nice one because it would be modded but one with a decent body and interior. My general impression is that most ZX's are used and abused until they are worth nothing, parked in the sun and rain until the interior falls apart, paint goes, rust takes over. The alternatives are to get one from the US or Japan. Any suggestions?

I've been looking at doing the altenator swap for a little while now: running an electric fan and a modern stereo has just about pushed mine over the edge... Everyone seems to do a swap using a maxima altenator, which i've heard isn't heaps better anyway. I was reccomended using a bluebird altenator, which are apparently heaps better. Has anyone heard of this swap? Is the maxima just a US thing and do the ones we get here in Aus have rubbish altenators? Jon

Hi all, I have a 240z that I've been driving regularaly for 3 years now. The suspension is pretty tired, it doesn't sit level and the shocks are buggered so I'm looking at options to replace the suspension parts. I'm in Brisbane Australia and I would like to get a spring, shock and bushings package that I could fit myself. I'm tossing up between buying locally or from the US. For the sake of pricing it, no bolt on bits at all, just the bare shell in very good condition. Floors have been pro repaired, eyerything else is excellent, straight, no rust. Need to sell it to gain space for the next project, not a fire sale but it has to go. So, whats it worth, to sell it I need a firm price?

Does anyone have either a parts car or a whole heap of spare parts? I am after a part that not many people would hang onto unless still it the car i would imagine: The long threaded bolt/linkage which connects the main handbrake lever to the handbrake cable lever. Thanks

hi everyone, i am in the process at the moment of getting another set of keys made for my dad, only problem is no one seems to sell the key for the aerial. Its the standard aerial (as far as i am aware) on a '77 english 260z. does anybody know where i should be able to get one? i am in perth. Thankyou, Tom.

Hi, New to the forum, and 260Zs(no room, or seats in the back for kids, or amputees)Just taken the giant step backwards from a series 2 300zx(no soul!) to a 260z, I'm in Sydney, and looking for someone close that - if possible, does a kevlar,or plastic front dam, Never been fussed about fibreglass,( if they are all there is, then I'll have to get one,But I dont mind the extra cost of kevlar- if available, someone must do one that will survive a week or to in the gutters of the inner city, Help!

I had a feeling that is was gonna be one of those days so i took the camera just incase.
