I have a pin remover that really makes the task easy . I have the specks and parts list . If some one has access to a welder and a lathe it is a simple devise to make . I aquired the one I have from a member with the understand that I would have it for loan to the members. However the shipping cost to oz makes this a nonissue. let me know if someone would build one for the use of our members in oz. The tool is made from a 12''length of 2'' steel tubeing about 14'' of hardened all thred and some washers and a few nuts . 1, 4'' length of bar stock taped to fit the spindel pin on one and attached to the allthread . This part the taped piece of bar stock is the hardest part t…

Hey all, just saying hi, and letting every one know who I am. Name: Josh. Car: R32 Skyline. Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Unfortunately I do not own a Z as of yet, but as soon as the R32 is gone, I should have one ready for some form of motor sport. Some may ask, why go to an older car? I've had enough of imports too last a life time, and well pretty much had enough of the attitude (spelling?) that most import owners have, more so the Skyline ones, as some of you may no. Look forward to some club days, and meets (if there are any?) Cheers, Josh. Just a small photo of the R32. Any other Sunshine coast members on here?

Here is a recent article I thought some may be interested to read: http://www.drive.com.au/news/article.asp?article=http://drive.fairfax.com.au/content-new/news/general/2004/09/03/FFXB9808NYD.html And to think, politicians STILL say they are not revenue raisers. This is absolute bollocks.

Right - I'm getting tired of the rev-happy L24 not having a decent voice and I would like to investigate getting a sports exhaust system (or at least a final muffler with a better note). Note: I'm not talking about headers - just the exhaust system. Where do I go in Perth for someone who knows exhausts?

hi guys/gals, I been looking around lately at what sort of motor conversions people do to the zeds and i have found that they tend to put in an rb25/30 :disappoin . i was wondering if there was a specific reason for this besides the fact that it is a nissan motor? also i was thinking about whether or not a toyota 2gzgte would fit in one of these things . by the looks of it it should but i was wanting to know if anyone has done this. a motor conversion is something i would defiantly look into doing later down the track (probably when i get out of school, then uni, and then have a job) because for now the donk it has is more than sufficiant!!!!!!! cheers, Tom.

After a long time waiting, I fired up the old Z this morning and drove it down to the mechanic to get a roadworthy. Furtherest it has been driven in 2 years and it was great. It's been a while, so long infact that I had forgotten about the foot air vent and didn't remember until I was almost back home, but it went without a hiccup, apart from the cloud of soot that spewed out the exhaust the first time I gave it some, but considering it has only been fired up, idles and puttered around the block a few times, it is what I would have expected would have happened. Now just have to take a trip to QLD transport some time and get a registration.

I was buying some weber jets off this guy and when I got there the jets looked weird- they were threaded- but my DCOE ones are non-threaded. Does this mean they are IDA jets? He also had other jets with SOLEX stamped on them-these were threaded too- are these mikini jets? there was hundreds of both weber and solex jets(air and mains) SO id really like to know what they are for. Any ideas? thanks scott datfreak@dodo.net.au
