   Well i finally happened, After looking round for nearly 2 months i finally found a 260z. Its a awsome ride and looks a treat. I managed to talk to guy down in price as well which is always a treat. Now the Goodies -L28 bored to 2.9L -P90 Head -Flat-top Pisons -Triple 45mm Webbers -Extractors and 2.5 inch exhaust -MSD -Detailed Engine Bay -Koni and King suspension -5sp FJ20 -Original Red -Front and Rear Spoilers -Simmons Mags There are a couple of little things that need doing, but no biggie.    I've got some new tokico shocks for sale - part number 3012. They are for the rear of a 260z(maybe fit front? or even 240z??)---I'll post up tokicos website when i find it.--- $150 for the pair ono in qld but can send COD anywhere in aust.    Looking for some parts to satisfy rego for my 71 240z: namely: * door cards- out of a 240 or 260 - not fussy on condition * centre console and heater panel- ditto * the little fiddly bent wires that connect the door handle to the door locks inside the door! Cheers, Vincent

   Hi all, just got home from sunny Townsville FNQ Australia what a place pristine beaches great facilities and plenty of cold bear. My Sqn has been doing a bombing camp from the Townsville Airforce Base for the last three weeks, FA18 Hornets everywhere. To the important stuff, I found another two Zeds for the register both 1975 build 260Z's a two seater rally car and a 2+2 complete but derelict. Amazing found them in one day in what is called a Z desert.    After having owned a few 260z's and hearing how great 240z are Ive taken the plunge and got me a 240. Its in pretty nice condition- Ive posted a couple of pics(still need to be appoved) and will put post more in the following weeks. Its not exactly stock with upgraded suspension, koni's, hard springs,kmac swaybars, adj camber. and the motor is still the original 2.4 but has a big cam and tripple 45mm webbers . I've only taken it for a couple of short drives but it feels like a million bucks, I cant wait to get it on the road!! Its an ex race car(runs leyburn/gatton/pittsworth) and ive had to change a few bits to get it road worthy again. So ive got a few left over parts …

   I went on a datsun crusie sunday the guy that orgainized the cruise is thinking of starting a club... the guys that where there seemed very interesting so any Z owners be interested in joing etc like going on cruises etc ?    Hey guys, I think i have found my Z. A 75 260 with.. *L28 *P90 head *Triple Webbers *Simmons Mags *FJ20 'Box *Flat top pistons *Bored out to 2.9Ltrs *MSD *Mallorty Fuel Pump *SAAS seats *Koni/Kings suspension. Looks great and goes like $^!#. The only thing is it has some rust in the Sill (boot lid area) you know, the common area. Its only surface at this stage, but i was wondering if anyone has had this fixed and what it cost them, i have haggled the guy down, but still wouldnt mind knowing what this operation costs.....any ideas?

    Just great, got a bloody self tapping screw right through one of the Dunlop DO1-J sprint tyres, lucky it didn't deflate at high speed I suppose. So Now I have three 205/55R15, SPS compound, tyres. Don't want to buy a new one because the next set will be different. So, anyone got one grooved slick tyre in that size for sale, a different make might be ok. Also looking for a set of 15 x 8" wheels for the 260. My email is r_greenup@yahoo.com

    Thought that I would let others be aware of another KPGC110 GT-X (GT-R replica) It has a tripple weber RB20, yes that carbies. It goes and no problems. It will be completed in couple weeks. It is an import, not 240K. Can help others with all genuine parts manuals on CD in english and also have workshop manuals for GT-R. I have a S20 that is not yet completed and have many contacts in Japan This all may be of some help to someone. PRINCE

    FS: Unfinished CA18DET -> Bluebird TRX Project Due to other commitments the owners of the project are having to sell. The CA18DET and the s13 gearbox are currently installed in a SIII bluebird TRX. This shell is a bit on rough side but is still useable with some work.
