I went to the 350z launch at Northside Nissan last night. They had a silver and a gold one. Damn they're small. And those door handles just have to go. They showed some videos, all of which i'd seen before on the internet. Funny how they dropped the X off the 280 and 300ZX. A friend of mine was annoyed that there was no mention of the z31 (she owns one) the skipped straight to the z32 after the 280zx on the website intro they showed. (www.350z.com.au - Dont bother, just the intro then contact details of N.S. nissan and no info about the car itself, but you can book a test drive). I also noticed the new nissan ad thats been running on TV which shows a silver 280zx 2 seate…

I suspect that it may be a waste of space having all those other areas in Regional discussions. Our Aussie site is certainly the most frequented. Doesn't it make you feel good to think that our American brothers would rather talk to us than anyone else ?????????? S'pose it's better than talking to themselves. Rick.

Guys and gals, I am looking for a good condition front bumper - if you go to my gallery you will see the ding in the front on ei currently have - which my fantastic (!?!?!) brother put in it when he bump-parked it into a parking meter I am in VIC - AUS. Anyone from Sydney going to the Australia Day cruise to Wollongong? My car club meets at Humebush car park 6C at midday for a casual cruise up to Wollongong to enjoy the sights and sounds. Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone on this forum was a member of the NDSOC (Nissan Datsun SPorts Owners Club). I've been intending to join for a long time now and haven't got around to it. I just wanted some general feedback on the club and if it's worth joining. I imagine it would be :classic: I saw them once down at Sandown running around the track a nice yellow ZG turbo

The first club meeting for 2003 is on this Wednesday night the 15th at the Greyhound Social Club, 140 Rookwood Rd, Bankstown, in Room 2 (upstairs) at 8pm. There are people in the club with a lot of experience with Z cars who are happy to impart their knowledge. The club has a variety of events during the year, including social runs, sprint days at Wakefield Park, dyno nights, technical tours, etc., and there are usually members with parts for sale. After the formal meeting, there is usually a second meeting in the car park with an inspection of cars and a lot of technical discussion/bulls....ing going on. NEW members are very welcome!!!

Last night I had the opportunity to participate in a local Melbourne (Australia) Zcar club meeting. Their club is called "Nissan Datsun Sports Owners Club, Inc." I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces who all wanted to know more about our Internet Club. And, I also notice that many of the members in the NDSOC have been here to visit. Welcome to the site!! Anyway, we had a great time at the meeting and I was actually asked to stand up and give a small presentation about the Classic Zcar Club. I was happy to do so.
