We make ball-bearing throttle shafts! Our carbs are fully re-plated, using the most expensive and durable process available. We don't plastic bead the bodies and sell them. We machine polish them to restore the factory shine. We make our own nozzles for closer tolerances and fix sticky pistons. Every part of the carb is treated like it is the most important part. Carbs and parts are covered by a 3 year warranty. If carb cleaner and silicone spray lube don't fix it, we will! Exchange and same day service standard (customer pays shipping). How many SU "rebuilders" engrave serial numbers on the throttle shafts? We do Datsun Z, Datsun Roadster 1500, 1600, 2L, SSS, GX, and Volvo HS6 carbs. They all get Roller Bearing Throttle Shafts.

Besides port matching the intake, what will I need to look out for? The carbs aren't here yet, but I can start prepping for them. Curtis

Hello all, Just a note to let everyone know that we at ZTherapy are coming up on a milestone date. Steve and Pam took possesion of ZTherapy on 9/11 2001 with the exact date being etched in our brain pans because while unloading the "stuff" Scott gets a phone call from Mt. Home AFB telling him to hiball it back to base. Understanding that date carries much more importance to most than us taking the reigns of ZTherapy, I personally want to slip in under the radar and say thanks to all who have allowed us to help keep things running. Ir has been fun bt and large for us and we look forward to continuing the effort in the future. Sicerely, Pam. Steve, Bill & Bruce PS: Mike…

Hi all, This is a shout out to Bruce Palmer for his help with a carb problem. Somehow or other after installing a Carter electric fuel pump on my ZX engine swap, my front carb started spewing gas from the float bowl. It was not coming out the vent pipe. I traced it to a bad float bowl gasket. I have since added a fuel pressure regulator. Bruce went out of his way to help diagnose the problem and to send me new gaskets and the little barrel-type filters which I received in short order. He told me to send him a check for what "I thought it was worth". The carb is repaired and all is well in Z-land for me. If you are even thinking about ZTherapy carbs you should do it. Not o…
