What's with the outrageous prices people are asking for S30's these days? Take a look at the 20 or so ads on this site. There is an average condition, non-detailed '78 2+2 auto for $10k and well restored, but resto-modded '78 coupe for a whopping $69k. Most of the asking prices are in the teens and they are not as nice as most of our cars. I know these are just asking prices, but they are crazy high. From CL - 1976 Datsun 280z (BLUE) I've heard that PnP's valuation for a car's parts and scrap metal, or their break-even point, is about $1100. Might be worth an offer, the car looks pretty clean. Says it's a 76 but looks 77 or 78. PnP just uses a chart of VIN numbers to determine year and it doesn't seem to be right.

Guys, my son's Z is long gone and I am clearing out a few leftovers. I just listed a Clifford Intake and will soon be listing a N33 with a pair of three screw round tops. Good price on this 260z. Current bid 750$. If there is no frame damage its an even better deal. Cars that have been stored inside for decades are getting harder to find. If I was anywhere close to him i'de snap this car up. Check out that 80's velour! I must admit it.. in the early 80's i put red velour inserts in my 260. 1974 Datsun 260z | eBay
