The more I see these, the more I like them. With a restoration, this one would be awesome. Which roadster came with the dual Solex carbs instead of the SU's? I thought it was a 2000 roadster, but I have never seen a picture of a car with them. How rare are the short windscreen cars? How rare is a 67' 2000 roadster. I hope this stirs up some interest. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6188&item=2476442796&rd=1 -Ben:classic:

You guys have to see this. The nose looks really good. I have no clue if the nose is factory, but it possibly could be. Alan, where are you? If it was a factory nose I wonder how it got on the car. Anyways, take a look and see for your self. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6187&item=2475587617&rd=1 -Ben:classic:

I know this is not Z related, but I thought you guys would like to take a look at this anyway because we are all car enthusiasts here. I have only seen a few of these 300sl's on ebay before and only seen a hand full of them in person. I would have to say that the 300sl of the 50's and very early 60's has to be one of the most beautiful designed cars ever. I like the gullwings even more, but this one is gorgeous as well. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6338&item=2475215746&rd=1 -Ben:love:

Lokk here!! A 99% rust free rolling chassis with three pencile sized holes in the floor near the driver's seat, NO pass. seat, cracked windshield, missing pass. head light bucket, missing front bumper, missing grill, missing cowl, missing hood inspection doors (over the battery and washer bottle), missing radiator, missing front marker lights, perfect dash (probably just a cover), and a hole in the hood indicating that this had a V8 in it which also likely means that the front wiring harness is gone. All this for the low, low, LOW starting price of $1000!!!! :surprised Wanna see it!? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=39405&ite…
