Hmm, claims it only has 4484 miles, yet the block isn't the original color.... carbs not original, hacked up air cleaner. 280 seat covers.... those must have been 4484 hard miles or someone didn't like their tail sweating... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2470423486&category=6187

This car has been on e-bay several times with no bids and I wonder why it has not sold. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2467973678&category=6187 I was under the impression that these factory restored cars were brought back to 100% and the odo was turned back to 0000. The ad claims over 50,000 miles. Is the price too high? What is one of the factory approved reconditioned 240Zs worth?

I just bought four of these from MSA ($6.95 each) along with the emblems (4 for $5.95). I was kind of disappointed with the quality because they're very lightweight plastic and aren't all that well made. My original caps were are much heavier plastic and feel cold to the touch which makes me think they have chrome plating and not just paint. Anyhow, this set on EBay looks exactly like what I just got only the bid is up to $61: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=43961&item=2467297725 Does anyone know of another source for higher quality center caps?

I found these on e-Bay and although not billed as the same thing as what I have, they appear very similar to mine. The biggest diference is that mine have 2 bulbs for the extra light and not just the one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2463105556&category=33710 Hope this helps someone. Howdy, I was asked about my comment about buying a Honda strut brace that could be modified for a Z. I can't remember where I first saw the posting on the Honda Strut bar (92-95 Honda Civic Front Strut Brace), someone on some forum said they had just bought one on ebay for their first generation Z and they posted the forum below. You must drill a hole. I havent received mine yet so don't know how easily this is done. But they are cheap. I just hit Buy-It-Now for $7.50 and then shipping was $15 (plus the $2 insurance). I've posted some comments from zcar.com. http://www.zcar.com/forums/read.php?f=1&i=433913&t=403545#reply_433913 Here's a listing from t…
