Hello all , I'm hoping someone could help me . I own a early 71z and I was recently given a set of doors from a 74-76 260 2+2 . The doors are all intact with very good operating regulators . Are these parts interchangeable with my 71 ? Thanks for your help Chris

I have several spots of rust on my 75 280z that havent gone through yet, just needs to be treated, stopped, and primered. Just wondering what kind of product everyone else has used to do such a thing.

Hey guys, long time no-post. :stupid: Well this weekend I'm finally tackling a project I've been meaning to do for a year or so. The dreaded battery tray! I've attached pictures and would like advice about how to tackle it. I rad the threads about rust treatment and I have a whole kit of POR-15 products: marine clean, metal ready, POR-15 and am prepared to go that route if you think that'd be best. I've never used the stuff before but it definitely seems doable and I know many of you sing the praises of POR-15. What I'd like to know is if someone thinks I should go about this differently. Does it necessitate a professional? Is POR-15 not ideal for this? Is there a diff…

my body shop is stripping the rear of the car, and they've found what they say is irreparable rust over the wheel arch. i've seen this area rust in other cars, and i'd like to know if the rust in this area is usually just confined to the skin, or will it be likely to have bled onto the wheel housing? would it be better to just buy a rear wheel arch replacement panel, a la black dragon, or try to find a donor car? does anyone else sell a better replacement panel than BDA? i've heard tepid reviews of their body panels. which years will match my 76 when it comes to the quarter panels? i'll be uploading a few photos later tonight.

I'm considering fiberglass fenders when it's time to paint my car. The metal fenders seem to dimple easily, and fiberglass would seem to eliminate this issue. So, I'm curious, for those who have considered this option, which did you choose, and why. Thanks, Gary S.

I just re-installed my Rear Hatch Glass but I had to order another seal from BDM because the first seal (Precision) just did not have enough material and in my opinion fit too snug. The replacement seal (also Precision) was slightly beefier, which was nice because it made fitting the Stainless Trim a breeze. The result, I believe looks much nicer. The first seal which was too snug for my taste is still very usable if someone was not too keen on the Stainless Trim. The rubber is good and would seal fine, there is just a small tear on the corner that holds the trim in place - But it could be made to work. So with all of that said -I just can't bear discarding the seal if…

240 Grille

I am seeking some assistance in coming to an agreeable price for a 240 (70-72) front grille, still in the Nissan box. I realize that a 280 grille goes for about $225. and that it is the buyer's desire that can drive the price up. All that said, I'm just asking for some help to set a reasonable price. The item is already spoken for, we just need to come to terms.
