Joe Blow Posted February 2, 2004 Share #2 Posted February 2, 2004 Can you get some more pictures up online? Or maybe send me some by email (i've got dsl, file size doesn't matter).Out of interest, for $200 by what methods would you go about repairing the rusted areas? Thanks
hmsports Posted February 2, 2004 Author Share #3 Posted February 2, 2004 I was going to cut out the offending rusted metal and weld in new patch panels. It won’t be up to ‘full restored show’ quality but it will be repaired with quality metal and full welds to racing safety standards.I won't be able to get to my storage location for a while to get more pictures as it is snowed/iced in.If you are interested I can also install a custom full ITS legal or E-Production legal cage for: ITS cage: $800 E-Prod cage: $1100
Joe Blow Posted February 2, 2004 Share #4 Posted February 2, 2004 Was looking to complete a sharp looking fun driver with some extra spunk under the hood. Was not looking for concourse condition or qualifying for track rules either, so those two points are fine.Once you send me some more photos (after a bit of a thaw I suppose) then I can get a better idea and maybe we can come to an agreement.ThanksAndy
