Ron Carter Posted March 17, 2004 Share #37 Posted March 17, 2004 There is no welding required, it is completely bolt up. PDK sells this solution as a modular set up, look a little further and you should find their complete solution. If you look in my gallery you will see the photos of an installation with the motor out of the car (for better photos).I suggest that you contact PDK directly for more information.Ron
TomoHawk Posted March 17, 2004 Share #38 Posted March 17, 2004 It looks to me that the rear bar in the picture is just that. there are brackets that you will bolt to the top of the strut, and probably some to the floor near the diff frame. Not sure tho.
Ron Carter Posted March 17, 2004 Share #39 Posted March 17, 2004 Yes, there are brackets that attach to the top of the strut housing and hardware that mount it to the bottom of the strut tower support in the rear. The hardware includes a crush tube, bolts, washers and nuts.It shares the same top bracket & bolt as the front strut cage.the picture above is the only one I have presently, I believe that PDK fabrication has a few more on their site.Ron
