February 16, 200421 yr comment_68631 I own a 260z, but I would like to own a Fairlady Z some day. Why is it not an option on the pole? I know of three people that could vote, but there is probably more owners with Fairlady Z's that I do not know about on this forum or visiting it. I am not trying to cause havoc, I just thought that the pole was a little biased. Take care,Ben Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10203-what-model-z-do-or-did-you-own/#findComment-68631 Share on other sites

February 16, 200421 yr Author comment_68661 You guys can choose multiple selections.... If you own(ed) two cars, a 240z and a 280z, then select them both.Isn't a fairlady a 240z ? February 16, 200421 yr comment_68665 I was thinking about a 240z being a fairlady Z. I dont know, since many of them dont have 2.4 litres they would technically be a 200z. I will drop this subject. Forget that I even brought it up. Sorry mike, I do not want to start anything.Regards,Ben Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10203-what-model-z-do-or-did-you-own/#findComment-68665 Share on other sites

February 16, 200421 yr comment_68723 Look at the bottom of this page on the SCCA web-site. It is one of the classes in amateur road racing that the Z cars were very competitive in up until just a couple years ago when they started allowing newer cars in to the class. Now they aren't dominating like they were, as some of the new cars are mid 90 model year cars with 4 wheel discs, and much stiffer unibodies.http://scca.org/amateur/club_racing/classes/index.html Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10203-what-model-z-do-or-did-you-own/#findComment-68723 Share on other sites
