Hey, where have the Smilies gone? Smilies are OFF. Did I turn them off by accident?

No, it's not just you. HTML, smilies, and even the board code (can't even quote you properly!) has been turned off for some reason... so we can't even post links, or images (unless theyre attached to the message). Strange...

Alan T, you there? Anyway, what is the deal with the original UK Minilite maker? Name has escaped the brain a t the moment but don't they still do a full range to suit first gen Z's? What sort of money do they go for, do you know?

Hi Richard.

MINILITE wheels are made by a company called TECH-DEL. LTD.

They do indeed make wheels in fitments that suit the early Z.

Here is their website:www.minilite.co.uk

I know they are a little bit expensive, but maybe they have a distributor in your area, or you could get a special "Export" price from them ( saving 17.5% UK sales tax ).

Here is one of their ads from a UK classic car magazine:

of course there are also minilite copies such as superlite,

I was half tempted to go for their charcoal versions, but I think I'll hold on for some real Watanabe wheels

There is also the Compomotive ML wheels - I have a set for my 260Z - not on the car yet - as it is still getting body work done.

see http://www.usacomp.com/mlr.htm for a image and sizing

There is an AU agent and there is also an agent in NZ.
