January 29, 200520 yr comment_110632 A 77 280Z would not have an O2 sensor. They didn't show up here until 79 when the 280ZX came out. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10617-idle-too-fast/?&page=2#findComment-110632 Share on other sites

February 27, 200520 yr comment_114285 this is definately a carb problem, I would find where they are adjustable and go from there. If the carbs are in good condition it should be an easy fix if they are worn it could be a vacuum leak Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10617-idle-too-fast/?&page=2#findComment-114285 Share on other sites
