March 9, 200421 yr comment_71934 There are two bolts each that attach in the space behind the grille but in front of the radiator just below where the hood hinges attach. See the circled area at the very top. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10641-do-you-have-a-pic/#findComment-71936 Share on other sites

March 9, 200421 yr Author comment_71954 Its a 73 and im trying to bring the bumpers more closer to the body. It has holes but im guessing since its going to move back a few inches it needs a new hole. Am I wrong? Please help. March 9, 200421 yr Author comment_71958 Now that I have tried to do this I know that whoever has said in the past that it is possible to bring the bumpers closer on a 73 by changing just the brackets is wrong. The bumbers are too big on a 73. Everytime you adjust one side the other side sticks out 2 inches. So in my opinion you need to get pre 73 bumpers as well. Does that sound more right to you guys? If you guys have done this please tell me if im wrong or right. March 9, 200421 yr comment_71963 Pretty sure you're gonna need the earlier bumper to go with the early type mounts. Not only because the ends of the bumpers aren't the same, but also because the "plate" where the bumper bolts to the mounts are also quite different. March 9, 200421 yr Author comment_71966 Any idea how much a front bumper goes for pre 73? And how much should I sell mine for? I would rate mine an 8 out of ten.
