Zrush Posted March 12, 2004 Share #1 Posted March 12, 2004 The girl at the body shop that is butchering up her primo 70 240Z to make it a convertible Ferrari clone is selling her slots with new tires for $100. The wheels have no curb-surf or cracking damage and just need a little polishing up.I would like to get them for my 72 240Z. Does $100.00 seem fair?Vicky
2ManyZs Posted March 12, 2004 Share #2 Posted March 12, 2004 Aluminum slot in good shape for 100 bucks? Darn right that's a good deal. Even without tires they'd be worth that. The only slots that wouldn't be worth that would be chromed steel ones IMO.
texasz Posted March 12, 2004 Share #3 Posted March 12, 2004 With new tires? Yes! That's a very fair price. I have seen the slot mags sell for $100 w/o tires and inexpensive tires would run you about $45/each.

We'll keep those for concours shows. I just really like the look of the slots.Vicky
