March 16, 200421 yr comment_72864 it did get hit by a ugly stick . it was on the car when i got it.(the 280 and 240 came from the same guy) he took the onbourd from the 280 and tried to put it in the 240. ive got my work cut out as far a wirering goes. order a schematic. other then that ive got plans for buying a engine and trans. the one that was in the car was running, he took it out to put a small block in it and left that motor in a creak. he fished it out for me but i doubt its any good:stupid: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10703-front-air-dams/?&page=2#findComment-72864 Share on other sites

March 18, 200421 yr Author comment_73168 The spoiler on the red Zed at the front is what I had in mind except that I don't want brake ducts. But its a bit narrow for the eight inch wheels and neg camber on that car, similar to mine in that way. March 24, 200421 yr comment_74021 I have one similiar to the top one on that MSA list. It available in Oz, but I got it used so im not sure where you can get it from. Replaces the existing factory valance. I use to have one similar to the fibresports one but without the big block to mount the number plate on. I got that one from Z Car something in Glen Iris, Melbourne for around $200 although it was second hand never painted. The main problem with that was that it hung fairly low and tended to scrape on driveways if you werent careful. also didnt clear gutters, this with stock suspension. The one I have now clears most gutters hand doesnt scrape much at all. ^ my old one. smashed it a few too many times on gutters and driveways and a pile of leaves on the side of the road Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/10703-front-air-dams/?&page=2#findComment-74021 Share on other sites

March 29, 200421 yr Author comment_74675 For those interested, Z Car Workshop, Brisbane, has only a small chin type front spoiler. He, Alan Stean, has no intentions of getting more or different types, he's concentrating on his Silverstone tyre business now. May 12, 200420 yr comment_80760 I have made a number of moulds for various bits including bonnets, fuel flaps, inspection panels, ( have just popped out a kevlar bonnet) And supply Alan Stean with his air dams on request. I am in Brisbane, Below is an image of my newly completed creation I designed this one as I wasn't getting the flow to my intercooler.
