March 23, 200421 yr comment_73875 Yep, everyone who has seen it says its the straightest Z they have seen in a long time, probably worth the extra $$ i shelled out for it (thanks cuong). On another note, the blue 2 seater chopped up out front had its roof cut off and transplanted onto my friends 2 seater by Rob late last year. No idea on cost as work there tends to be lump sum and not itemised. March 23, 200421 yr comment_73960 Hi, I saw a couple of posts in this thread about drilling spot welds to replace the roof panel. That is what I did because my car had a sunroof. This page takes a long time to load but I have some good pictures and some write up of the process. I also put lead back on the roof joint to quarter panel like the factory. Structural integrity of the car was not compromised by doing it this way. http://members.tripod.com/trueweb/ZcarLet me know if you have questions.
