I just picked up my 240Z tonight, absolutely gorgeous. Runs like a dream, drove her home from San Francisco. 83000 on the chassis, approx 10,000 on the engine. Freshly rebuilt carbs, and motor. Body is in good condition, no rust, new paint, small dent in the front of the hood, where someone ran into it. Needs some interior work, and some inside body paneling. Besides that it is in great condition. Picked it up for $2500. Pictures will be coming.

Sounds exactly like my post. :classic: :devious:

thanks for the comments all,

the 1st plan for her is getting her running

(see my thread in Help me)

after that im going to remove all the rust and remove the bumpers/add an air dam. this is going to be my daily driver so nothing too crazy

I don't know about removing the bumpers if it's going to be a daily driver. I have been tapped from behind a couple of times in my 78. Those bumpers may be big and ugly but they can prevent body damage in a low speed bump.
