Thought you guys may be keen on this, I found it by chance, on a weird whim I thought I'd search for 280Z and this came up.. but I'm pretty sure it's not a 280Z, infact.. I thought this also came as a 240Z model in diecast form and such.

Looks like a 240. At least over here 280s had the thick bumpers. But . . . $100?

Looked at that, then did a search for Datsun and found this for you NZ guys:

I know, too rich for me but keeping an eye on it none the less, $100NZD though.. which is what? $68USD now?

Yeah, I've been keeping an eye on that, I do a daily search for Datsun it's too far away in any case and I don't have the money but I'm still interersted in seeing how much it goes for.

A little exterior rust? Look at the pic from the back! a big hole in the back! I like the radio, 'driver sings'! I want a 240z like this so when I get home from school I can go out into the shed and fix her up till I get my licence!

I was checking that one out last night also. That hole in the back hatch is not a good sign. That is where the datsun 240z lettering should be......never heard of that rusting out so maybe its been left out in the rain most of its life or even a rear ender and the fact the there are so many different panels on it....nah....leave it there.

I have a feeling that this car has swiss-cheese syndrome.

Maybe a parts car for $500NZ. Cost to ship to Southland would be about 250.

Better ones about.....wait...look.....wait....looking....waiting.
