Hey all, I whould like to now if any members have or know of any one who is renting a house in the LA area. I need a new home for me and my father. I have been looking, but the rents around here are really high. So I would very much appreciate any and all help in this matter. I would just like a decent 2+1 or such house to care for my father and babysit my children (yard) when I can. Of course a little space to work on my Zed (drive/garage) for a somewhat reasonable rent. Hey Frank, I have a house for rent. You would have one hellova commute-as if LA commuting isn't already bad enough. More along the scale of a Gumball rally, thats why I viewed and didn't post. I am sure that not all of the other 80 views were from La either-but seems like "someone would know something about someplace nearby".

Bill & Will, What's the rent like way out yonder? The freaken going rates of rentals out here is the low end of a damn house payment. Will that's what I was hopping for, maybe some knew someone. As the local papers are no help.

New fully furnished luxury kitchen with italian tile floor, attatched Z friendly garage-with 3 phase power, washer and dryer, fenced yard(10' double gate, privacy fenced on front and side), 10x12 detatched storage building(6'3" double doors), Walking distance from two elementary schools, two high schools, YMCA, highest ground in the neighborhood.

Includes yard maintenance, landscaping, and pest control-flea bombing extra. Outdoor pets only-must have proper veterinary care and continuous grooming.

Monthly utilities average

Electric $140-

Gas $40

water/sewer $35

$1,200 a month (plus deposit and application fee) for qualified applicants. Application fee exactly covers background and credit reports, and will apply toward rental.

Well if your serious. Theres five acres of land, house overlooks a lake.Need some repair.Has boat house to but im not sure the condition.I think its like three hundred a munth. It is in need of repair. I can take some pictures if you want.
