Is anyone who is heading down to the MSA show going on friday? (and by friday, I mean the 23rd) If there's quite a few of us we should get a caravan of Zs going! Maybe we could meet at the Rent a Z place in Santa Cruz along the way ROFL

I was also wondering about other members from around the so. cal area that were going (Victor, SER240Z, chinoZ, come to mind). To met up and actually met one another and either caravan down or met at the car show sunday. this would be way cool! I was hoping Mike's thread about the t-shirts sizes had something to do with the up coming show. I am at least planing on going for the sunday show. A group meeting of the clubs members is a good idea. Anybody else got the samr idea? :devious:

MSA has promised a more streamlined entry/sorting process. That will be nice. Probably don't have to be there as early this year...

Craig, get in touch with Ted or someone over at CLUBZ or check HYBRIDZ. They each will have caravans coming down from the Bay Area.

Here's and idea, lets all meet in front of Victors car at high noon for a club picture.

Hello Craig, I am seriously thinking about going, and I would love to caravan. I am not for certain that I am going, but I don't know if I would go on Friday. Do you have reservations yet? If we did go on Friday what would be the agenda for Friday night/ Saturday?

Anyways, there should definately be a classicZcar club meet up. It would be neat if all of the czc members parked next to each other.

Take care,

Ben

Hi Frank13,

We will be heading down Sunday morning early. Trailering on down from the 60Fwy, to 57 South, to 91 then off at Main or where ever down there. There is a group of trailered racecars that may need to use a different entrance for unloading, parking and getting over the speed bumps once there. I'm thinking we'll be pulling out about 5:15, to get there around 5:45, if all goes well? Kinda seeing if we get the other trailer guys pulling in about the same time?

Unfortunately I made the stupid mistake of making hotel reservations and the whole dinner shebang without realizing the good stuff wasn't until sunday. So I'm going down Friday to get my moneys worth.

I-5 MSA caravan

Northern California Zers

The MSA event is two weeks away !!!

I have a tentative trip schedule for the ZONC caravan to the MSA event. Currently it's loose (except for the start time) as far as exact meeting places, but here goes.

Friday, April 23rd:

7:30 AM Leave Flag City at the I-5 highway 12 junction (South of Sacramento) Good place for breakfast if you arrive early

8:30 AM Westly rest stop to pick up Bay Area and Tracy/Modesto Contingent

10:00AM Santa Nella for South bay contingent and those from Merced, Turlock area (at the Ramada Inn parking area, Highway 33 at I-5)

We will be in the area of Harris Ranch Restaurant about noon and we can stop for lunch, walk, etc

2:00PM Grapevine (just south of the I-5 /99 junction) for south San Joaquin Valley people.

If traffic is light at that time of day should pull into Orange at 4:00 - 4:30.

If anyone plans on joining up with us, contact:

Ron Fuller cvzonc@hotmail.com

so we know what to expect. Should be a fun trip!!
