This maybe true in Oregon, but it's not in California. In this state it all comes down to the nature of the crime being committed. If you wake up in the middle of the night and find someone sitting at your kitchen table eating food out of your fridge, and shoot him; I guaranty you'll be the one in jail the longest. You are only allowed to use "appropriate" force (appropriate to the crime being committed) to protect yourself and your property. If a guy has a knife to your throat, you could get away with popping a cap in hisass.

Sadly, the bleeding heart liberals of our society expect you to respect the "rights" of those jerks who ignore your rights to be safe and secure in your home, and to protect your property from thieves.

I agree with you Bambikiller. There's an old saying that still applies to this situation and that is "Dead men tell no tales." And they don't testify either!

Well it hapened strangely imo. I pulled the truck up along side them where their light wouldnt see the handleROFL .

Four of the six gave up they thought i had a gun. One of them ran but got stuck in a fence and my dad grabbed him.

They havent cought the last one yet dang it!

They must have of heard the truck pull in to the drive and seen the lights, i dont see why they didnt bolt:stupid:

This has happened before. Someone was steeling parts of of my dads Nova with tools they stole from a his shed. This is strange their isnt a demand for these cars here hardly at all! Im glad it wasnt a 300z those are getting plucked every other day!

I have a walker hound thats a pretty bad dog to mess with if you are a stranger. The police sent me a letter about a year ago telling me i had to keep him chained due to over agresiveness:tapemouth .

He'll be chained up out back bye the car from now on!

I'd just totally do some awesome ninja action and start flying around, they'd be too stunned to realize I had already chopped them all in half.
